I stay at room 108 Room facilities, pool are good, I got information while checked in at the lobby staffs told me that’s the breakfast will be serve to room service. And they asked us to pre-order but it turned up our breakfast is buffet and no one informed us. Staffs are not recognize us we stay for 5 days. I booked for massage 3 hours the massage lady was very nice and professional but no one informed me for the price, after finished message I went to pay for deposits for an extra room that I booked for my friend just for 1 nice. Deposit was give 1000 baht and I wanna pay for 3 hours massages but the staff said no charge so I said I will pay later So early in the morning I checked out and tried to settle everything and try to paid my message bill again the staff said no change. How can the hotel department d not have cash flow for staffs if guests need to change or staffs have any intention? The female staff who is on duty while I’m check out the hotel also stand to block my parking way as she was Ob the phone I have to horn her and she slowly move Sometime need to brief the staffs to be me more professional

My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

這酒店整體來說也不錯，來機場很近，不需半小時車程就到，入住客房，每天會給你一張咖啡券，到酒店旁邊的咖啡廳，可以換領一杯咖啡和一個麵包，當早餐或下午茶都是可以的。 房間設施齊全，地方也寬闊，清潔乾淨，只是不供應拖鞋，入住的客人們要自己準備攞！ 另外交通方面都是要打車的，如自己租車自駕遊，酒店外就是油站和免費停車場位，也十分方便的。 周邊有KFC和很多小餐館，多走幾步也有其他西式餐廳和酒吧餐館等，還有一間7-11可以買些小食和梳洗用品等。打車出舊城區半小時左右就到！ 員工都很好笑容又有禮貌，英語水平一般，溝通到就夠。 整體來說，還是可以的。 以價錢和服務來說，還是值得推薦的。👍👍👍

Super nice and friendly staff. V clean hotel. Only down side is the location even though it’s about 6-7 mins walk to Maya and Niemann One, the road is not v nice to walk on and not easy to cross the road, as there are no pedestrian crossing with traffic lights. It’s too short a journey to book taxi!

We stayed as a couple in November 2022, the hotel, it’s grounds, the rooms and the pool are beautiful. The staff are generally friendly especially the main reception gentleman who was there and always willing to help 24/7. Whilst the hotel was beautiful, there are a few improvements that are needed to allow guests to have a better stay. The breakfast wasn’t great at all and we paid quite a lot extra for this (as the hotel is a 30 minute drive from town). There are two options, a Thai breakfast (minced pork with eggs although we didn’t try this) or an American breakfast. There are no options for fruit, yoghurt or any cereals. The American breakfast shown on the menu doesn’t come as shown and instead comes with frozen vegetables (rather than beans, mushrooms etc). From the second day I just asked for eggs or eggs on toast which we found to be best. The pictures online led us to think there were lots of breakfast options so we paid extra for this but this isn’t the case. We raised this with staff but we’re told the pictures weren’t right. The hotel is quite far out, but we liked this for a peaceful and tranquil stay in between our day trips out. Whilst you can buy water, smoothies and tea & coffee it would have been nicer to have access to water (maybe a water fill up station) tea and coffee all day round the pool. You do have access to two bottles of water in the room each day but this wasn’t really enough if you’re spending the day round the pool. There is a mini market 5 mins away where you can get some supplies from. There is an on-site gym which has enough if you want to workout, the pool area is lovely and everything is decorated really beautifully. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but a better breakfast option at the least needs to be improved given how far away from any other food options the hotel is.

stayed here twice, june is low season so the rate is cheap and no one else except us, peaceful quiet, nice view of the mountain, cricket and frog at night, stars are bright on clear night. The pool in the morning is empty except us, but lots of dead insects in the water, but still decent fun. no breakfast though, with so few guest, we understand. A restaurant just outside the villa, so food is not a problem, but better to be there with your own vehicle.

Upon check-in we were told that they didn’t have 2 single beds available in our pool access room, even though we requested it when booking. The hotel didn’t inform us that they didn’t have 2 single beds available before our arrival, we wouldn’t have chose this hotel had we found out that they didn’t have 2 single beds. They said they were overbooked. They did offered us extra bed at no additional charge. However my mum found a dead cockroach on our bathroom floor when she woke up. It is such a shock that a cockroach exist in a 4 star hotel, hugely disappointed in terms of hygiene! Also there are lots of geckos/lizards on the wall! The only good thing about this hotel is the easy access to swimming pool from my room to pool. Next time I will choose a 5 star hotel instead of 4 star.

First of all thanks you for perfect corporate and the best hotel accommodations for our family, whenever go to Chiangmai must select this place, clean , best location . Will never feel you are in the city. Natural around your hotel. Many places near by such Chiangmai zoo . Flora park . And the hotel have amazing coffee shop . There are grab taxi available easy to call from application, and the price is not expensive if compare with the size and how wonderful this place you will feel the value of money you spend you get more benefits from this place. Breakfast is enough for everyone. One more thing ! This place made your sleeping time very deeppppppp be careful you might lost your trip if you not wake up from the bed. We miss you content villa
