This is a decent enough hotel, but not really situated close to many tourist amenities, such as coffee shops, bars, restaurants. We stayed there because my partner‘s had family living nearby. However for tourists wanting to experience Bangkok, this might not be a suitable location. One point that impacted the stay was the mattress in the room. It was very hard and upon inspection it was merely a frame with aerated fabric stretched over it. A mattress topper had been placed over this but it didn’t reduce the discomfort much. We asked for yet another mattress topper to be placed above the existing one. This helped a little but the hard mattress still pressed into the body. Also, there didn’t seem to be any breakfast or bar facilities but there was a decent sized 7 Eleven store with pharmacy adjacent to the hotel. On the plus side, the hotel was modern looking, fresh and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great spot for a layover stay. My brother and I enjoyed it very much — comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, and an overall relaxing experience that made the long journey much easier.

We arrived at the hotel very early, around 3:00 AM, after a long drive with our baby, so we were hoping for a smooth check-in and a clean room. First Impression We booked a standard room, which was quite small. For around THB 2,200, the room included a small kitchenette and a washing machine, which was a nice bonus and very convenient for families. The Biggest Issue – Cleanliness Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the bedding. The bed sheets had multiple yellow and brown stains, which made us feel uncomfortable. We immediately contacted the reception and asked if it was possible to change rooms. Excellent Service Recovery This was where the hotel truly impressed us. Even though it was already 3:00 AM, the reception staff were incredibly kind, professional, and eager to help. They upgraded us to a King Suite, but we still found yellow stains on the bed sheets and pillows. They then continued upgrading us again, eventually showing us a total of four different rooms, including their highest room category, trying their best to find one that met our expectations. Although we still noticed similar stains on the bedding, it was already very late, so we decided to stay for one night. The hotel also offered complimentary food and arranged for housekeeping to perform a thorough deep cleaning of the room to make us feel more comfortable. Even though our reservation could not be cancelled due to the booking platform’s policy, the hotel never ignored our concerns. Every staff member we dealt with genuinely cared and did everything they could to make things right. Breakfast & Facilities Breakfast was fairly standard. The dining area had limited seating, but it was acceptable. Parking was available, which was convenient. Overall What stands out most about this hotel is its outstanding customer service. While the cleanliness of the bedding was disappointing, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They took responsibility, showed genuine care, and worked hard to compensate for an issue that was clearly beyond our expectations. I would happily give the service 5 stars because the team truly went above and beyond to help us. My only suggestion for improvement is to place much greater attention on housekeeping, especially the condition of the bed linens. Cleanliness is one of the most important standards guests expect from a hotel that is advertised as 5-star on Google Maps. If this issue can be resolved, I believe this hotel would provide an excellent stay for many travelers.

My choice of this hotel was purely for convenience, as the event I was attending was held at the Richmond Stylish Hotel, which is located right next building. The room itself was well-equipped for a short stay of two nights. It included a bed (though I found it to be a bit firm), a comfortable sofa, a table, a refrigerator, and complimentary water. The location is a major plus. There is a 7-Eleven right nearby, and the metro station is easily accessible, making it simple to get around. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to travel to the airport independently from this location. Regarding comfort, the room was generally quiet, though I did notice a slight, non-disruptive noise from the air conditioner unit at night. The only significant drawback was the poor internet connection. This was a definite inconvenience and is something the hotel should address. Overall, for a short, two-night stay, especially if you need to be near the Richmond Stylish Hotel or the metro, this is a very practical and convenient option.

The palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.  On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive  One negative - no kettle  For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

Ver budget friendly, and great for solo travelers looking for a comfortable room for a low price. There is a shared space downstairs to cook or heat up food outside on the first floor. It is only a few miles away from the mall lifestore, so it is easy to travel by taxi from here. I only stayed for two nights so I can’t speak much on the service overall - but on Saturday I did leave before 10 am and came back at nearly 10pm and had left the “make up room” tag on the door but no one ever came in to fix up the room. I was also a bit disappointed with the “pool amenity” that they stated they have. In reality it was a pool about a 2 minutes walk away at what looked like a gym/community center. So they don’t actually have a pool here. Other than that it’s a cute little place, and was fairly quiet given the fact it was right beside an underpass. If I need just another 1-2 night stay in the area I’ll still keep this place in mind.

You get what you pay for. It’s In a nice location but no parking lot. You have to pay to park somewhere else. Have to call to get front person to come out and talk to you. But we have okay experience here. No complaints, with this price.
