The other feels negotiated. --- Final note This is not a bad hotel. That would be easier. This is a beautiful hotel… carrying a 4-star operational soul while pricing itself like a 5-star philosophy. "I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag. Weak breakfast, and the Hotel needs a total renovation."

"Good experience in general. It's a big all-inclusive hotel at the beach front. Even in April which is low season the hotel was quite crowded. We liked the staff, everyone was smiling and helpful. We bought an all-inclusive package, and the food was good. The room was spacious and had a corner balcony, with a nice view both to the sea and the city. Pillows were comfortable. Weather wasn't very nice, so we didn't swim in the sea (the beach looked good, though), but tried the pool: it seemed to be big enough, and the deepest end was as deep as 1,8 m. As to the minuses, I would say that the hotel needs some renovation: the rooms and the corridors feel weary. Our bathroom smelled bad, and on the first day we saw a bug there (possibly a cockroach). Although room service had been done every day, it's hard to say that we got an impression that our room was clean. Also worth mentioning a night bar in the next hotel: one night very loud music played until midnight, and we heard it very well from floor 4 with the balcony doors closed. We didn't face a lot of problems in low season, but I'd say the parking looks a little bit small given the hotel is full."

"J’ai été surpris par l’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe de cet hôtel, un personnel très respectable professionnel, très accueillant bienveillant. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. C’est un endroit très calme pour se poser tranquillement la propreté de cette hôtel mérite ces cinq étoiles sur chaque classement en en garde un super bon souvenir et hâte de revenir prochainement. J’ai remercie encore particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l’accueil réception et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment y a rien à dire. Allez allez-y, les yeux fermés pour ceux qui veulentséjourner dans cet hôtel vous serez super bien acquis. Merci encore et j’espère à très bientôt."

"Отдыхали с женой в целом сам отель хороший, Питание очень хорошее и разнообразное морепродукты каждый день, мясо много видов, сыры колбасы все на отлично. 3 бассейна самый большой глубина 2.20 метра, анимационная программа очень разнообразна. Что не понравилось у нас в номере 605 незапиралась дверь на улицу на что я попросил исправить так как в нашу виллу мог зайти любой желающий, да и спать в незапертом доме не по себе, так же у нас в комнате не было тюли на окне ! А там как проходной двор! пришлось окно закрывать шторой всё время было темно. На наши просьбу сказали что всё устранят но к сожалению так никто и не устранил!!!!"
