Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms, and there is a marina with boats right nearby. The grounds are so green, and the cute Turkish cats are incredibly sweet and gentle. Our room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. I absolutely loved the hotel administrator—a very welcoming and wonderful woman! The breakfasts were something unbelievable! I will remember those breakfasts forever and, of course, I will try to return just to experience them again. Thank you so much!

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

Отличный отель! Приятный и отзывчивый персонал! Мы приехали в октябре 2025г на несколько дней. Встретили очень радушно, все объяснили и подсказали. Помогли даже с сумками, с обменом валюты. Сам отель очень атмосферный фотки будут приложены. Было уютно и красиво. Так же предложили нам завтраки за очень приемлемую сумму 350лир на одного и это было очень сытно и вкусно( еще предлагают что нибудь из яиц ) . Расположение тоже считаю удачное, только если хотите ближе к воде, то далековато. Очень благодарны за приятный отдых и гостеприимство! ❤️

It is our second stay at this Hotel. It’s super nice!!The Harbor can be reached on Foot in 5 minutes and is beautiful with lots of Food options and very nice little Fashion Stores. From the Hotel Balcony you have a great View of the Castle of Cesme. When we were last Year on our way Home we realized that my Daughter had forgotten her Cell phone and this Year she got it back. She was so happy!!! The hotel kept it for a Year, which is not a matter of course. A big recommendation for this Hotel!!!!

Çocuklu seyahatlerde ihtiyaç duyacağınız anlayış ve desteğini tam anlamıyla bulabileceğiniz samimi ve profesyonel bir işletme. Kahvaltı ve konaklama alanı bizim için oldukça yeterli idi. Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

The aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor.
