We visited the hotel in December 2021. We were a group of women with one child and booked a family room consisting of two bedrooms and a living room. The decor of the room was good. The bathroom was very large, so that we could relax after the greatwellness program. The location of the hotel is nice. It is a few minutes from the port of Cesme. The neighboring town of Alacati can also be reached in 15 minutes by car. I would also like to praise the entire staff. All of our wishes were met. We were able to talk a lot with everyone. The food selection was also great. We will come again in spring.

Lucky enough to have 4 nights here on a Lagoon room and have to say this hotel has got to be in our top 5 of anywhere in the world. Such a unique, classy place. Everything has been thought of and the public areas are immaculately clean. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff have often thought about something you need before you have. To be expected, food & drinks are pricey but beautifully presented. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative observation is the constant piped music everywhere including on the beach. The sound of the ocean is all that is required down there. Overall an amazing experience.

Mükemmel bir hafta sonu gezisi oldu, Arinnanda otelde işletme sahipleri, otel müdürü ve otel personelinin devamlı güler yüzlü, yardım sever ve nezaket içinde yaklaşımlarından çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltı için söylenecek hiçbir şey yok, mükemmeldi. Özellikle otel yönetimi tarafından kendi tarlalarında yetiştirilen tamamen organik başta domates, salatalık, kavun, karpuz gibi ürünler masamıza hem taze hem çok lezzetli olarak sunuldu. Otelin Ilıca ve Boyalık plajlarına yürüme mesafesinde olması çok olumluydu. Ayrıca Alaçatı ve şehir merkezine yakınlık açısından da bize çok alternatifler sundu. Biraz da Barinnanda'dan bahsetmek istiyorum, gece mükemmel müzik eşliğinde yediğim akşam yemeği mükemmeldi. Ahmet Ustanın özel sunumlarını denemenizi öneririm. Günümüzü havuzda geçirmek kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir seçenek, mutlaka en az bir gün değerlendirmenizi öneririm. Her gün temizlenen suyu ve aperatifleri ile havuz başı ayrı bir zevk. Kesinlikle iyi bir tatil arayanlara öneriyorum.

2 young people are employed as staff. Unprofessional, reckless & unfriendly. Breakfast came 20 min. later, although nothing was going on.The cheese was like rubber and tasted like nothing. It was so cheap it wasn't cheese anymore. In breakfast there was hair, eyelashes and leftover sesame seeds. Did we get the leftovers from other guests!? Since the tables were only cleared after an hour, the cats fed on the tables and threw salami on the chairs. chairs were never wiped. If you wanted tea, you had to repeat yourself 3 times. Cause the 2 children as waiters just didn't care. Instead, they stood at the reception& talked to the receptionist.There were no fresh towels.When asked, they said that there were no fresh ones left. How can something like that happen in a hotel for days? Then you have to buy new ones !? The floor was never mopped, our feet were always dirty right after the shower. This hotel is a complete disaster!! Far too expensive for zero service. In turkish we would say: ”Paranla rezil oluyorsun!” I travel for private & business at least 30 times a year, I've never seen a worse hotel than that!! How does Ala Hotel base its price? Who writes these fake positive reviews? It looks nicer in the photos than it is. Pool is way too small, rooms are way too small and cramped. On the whole, a disaster! My vacation was really ruined with this disaster hotel. Therefore we left this hotel early. I did something like this for the first time in my life that I left a hotel early.

Tesis Alaçatı’da çarşının göbeğinde, konum olarak her yere yakın, plajlara arabayla 5 dk uzaklıkta. Tek olumlu ve güzel yanı sadece bu... Gelelim olumsuz özelliklere: İlk olarak odamıza bir buçuk saat geç aldılar. Odalar daracık, tuvalette havalandırma ya da cam yok. Duşakabin o kadar küçük ki çömelip ayağınıza bile dokunamıyorsunuz. Temizlik konusunda çok çok zayıf. 5 gece konakladığımız tesiste sadece 1 kere, sabahtan akşama kadar tekrar tekrar söyleyerek zorla taa akşam 7de temizlik yaptırdık. Onda da yerlerdeki saçlar, lavabonun içindeki kumlar bile halen duruyordu. Temizliği boşverin, Küçücük çöp kutusu dolup taşıyor, günde 1 kez çöpünüzü bile almıyorlar. Plajdan gelince ıslak eşyalarınızı asacak bir balkon, bir cam vs yok. Gidip bahçede herkesin çamaşır astığı çamaşır teline asıyorsunuz. Personele gelince; ilgisizler, özellikle temizlik ve kahvaltıya bakan bayan personelin gülümseme eğitimine ihtiyacı var bence. Kahvaltısı idare eder fakat 4 kişiye de aynı porsiyonu getiriyorlar, 1 kişiye de... Öyle kahvaltısını ayrıcalıklı kılan birşey göremedim ama standart güzeldi diyebilirim. En önemli soruna gelecek olursam; çocuklu aileler kesinlikle bu otele gitmesin. Ya da bu otel çocuklu aile kabul etmesin, sadece yetişkin oteli olarak hizmet versin. Otelde ne bir mama sandalyesi var, ne de bir park yatak. 5 gece boyunca 2 çocukla aynı yatakta yattık ve çocukları kucağımızda beslemek zorunda kaldık. Umarım herkes için faydalı yorumlar yapabilmişimdir...

This is the first Terrible review I've ever given on any of the sites I regularly use (love to travel). I discovered upon arriving that I did not included my toddler to the booking and was getting weird vibes when we arrived for our 2-night stay (”you sure you're at the right hotel?” -The guy carrying our luggage to the reception). The booking included the rest of us and I offered to book an extra room or pay extra for my baby (who would have slept next to me but ok, whatever to resolve the issue) but the lady the very surly receptionist called in translate had very rough english and more or less said that their establishment does not accept young children. I was absolutely shocked. This isn't my first trip to Turkey and at this point, I've been here for a few weeks this time around, travelling from one city to the next along the coast. This has never happened. I told her that they should include that in their Booking.com description and they said they can't do that (supposedly they tried but maybe Booking.com doesn't allow for such discrimination? It was hard to tell with the limited communication). Clearly they had a specific type of clientele and didn't want to mess with that. We sat in the lobby for 30minutes or so while I tried to book another hotel in the area. I cancelled this reservation and they refunded me. The translator was kind and offered my other kids something sweet to eat while waiting, she also called a taxi for us. Regardless of the above, I was glad they asked us to look elsewhere because my first impression of the hotel upon arriving was ”whoa, the photos make it look so much nicer than reality” the pool is pretty much on the main street with just a small barrier blocking it. The walls need repainting and it's chipping off in a lot of places. Pool was overcrowded with adults. Not a single child in sight (quickly discovered why). Old furniture in the lobby which doubles as a restaurant it seems. Yes, I'm a hotel snob, I travel extensively and it's all in the details regardless of how fancy or modest a hotel is. Seemed clean and location not too far from the beach but would need to take a taxi to get there as the hotel is on a main street. Basically, it's where middle-aged adults on a budget go to get drunk and relive their youth.

This small family run hotel in the heart of the old town near the castle in Cesme was a real find and unbelievable good value.. The owner Celil and his son Umut both speak perfect English and are so helpful if you need suggestions or directions. They provided a better concierge service than any fancy 5 star hotels and all done free and with the best local knowledge. They could not have been more helpful and made all our arrangements on our trip so easy. This is a place where you feel instantly at home, it is spotless clean and nothing is too much trouble. They are obviously following the covid regulations to the letter and you feel very safe. They will cater to whatever dietary need you have, breakfasts were a feast and it was really handy having the extra facilities in our room too. We slept really well on the most comfy, spacious bed and appreciated the late check out and free room upgrade to the gorgeous seaview across to the Greek island of Chios. The free wifi in our room was very reliable which is important to us for keeping in touch with family and this is something that we found lacking in many other Turkish hotels. They have obviously spent money on a decent networking system here. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat andc look forward to returning soon. Thanks again to everyone who made our stay so great!!!

Aya yorgi, altınkum, boyacık, alaçatı, ılıca , çeşmedeki diğer beachler olsun her yere dolmuşlarla kolay ulaşım sağlayabildik. Ayrıca biz odamızı kahvaltısız paketle almıştık ama 2 sabah kahvaltıyı otel terasında yapmayı tercih ettik. Ürünler taze , çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Tam bir fiyat performans serpme kahvaltısıydı. Otelde belki tek kusur bulunacak şey bizim kaldığımız ekonomik odanın küçüklüğü olabilir. Ama onu da bilerek rezervasyon yaptırdığımız için bir sürpriz yaşamadık.1 Hafta boyunca çok keyifli bir tatil geçirmemizdeki etkenlerden biri de bu otelde konaklamamız oldu. Özellikle otel sahibi Can beye ilgisi ve önerileri için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar geldiğimde bir daha araştırmadan tercih edeceğim bir otel oldu

Ani bir şekilde hatta zor durumdayken kendimizi attığımız bir oteldi. Çok iyi ve ilgili karşılandık. Bizim için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Odalar bir Çeşme oteli için oldukça geniş. Deniz manzaralı odada konakladık. Yerlerim halı olması benim için artı puan. Sadece duş kabin biraz dardı onun dışında oda ile ilgili her şey çok yeterliydi. Kahvaltı açıl büfe. Çeşitlilik yeterliydi. İkramlar lezzetliydi. Otel ve oda temizdi. Tavsiye ederim.

We loved staying here! We were in Alacati for our son’s wedding the last week of September. The best thing about this place was the staff. They were wonderful: friendly, helpful, accommodating. The breakfasts were enormous and delicious. The cook made everything from scratch in the tiny kitchen. It was so tasty. Our room overlooked the pool. We had a small balcony, where we could sit and have a tea. The room itself was cleaned daily, and we appreciated that. There was only one complaint from us: we were charged a small fortune for our Americano coffee, the price of which was not included in our breakfast. For 22 coffees, we paid TL660. I’m not sure why it was that price, but it was disappointing. We loved the Saturday market, which was literally outside the door. We would stay there again, mostly because of the lovely staff.

We just came back from our short yet unforgettable vacation in Alacati which was in large part thanks to this place. Let's begin from location - it is right in the very center of Alacati's old town, literally few minutes walk to get to main street. The house itself is so charming from outside that it charms you right away upon seeing it. The room was really good as well having a touch of both Greek and Turkish cultures similar to building itself. Every day it was getting cleaned up which is rare even for high profile hotels. Wifi really good. Breakfast is truly good with all kinds of home-made jams (super tasty ones), vegetables and cookies. But the primary reason that has won us over this place was the owner / manager of accommodation - Bedirhan. It would not be an exaggeration to say that you would highly rarely meet such a gentle, kind, friendly and helpful person like Bedirhan. He made our stay really comfortable and made us feel at home. Bedirhan and his staff as well are always doing their best for guests. When we return to Alacati, we would not think for a second where to go as it will certainly be Bedirhan's hotel.

I told her that they should include that in their Booking.com description and they said they can't do that (supposedly they tried but maybe Booking.com doesn't allow for such discrimination? It was hard to tell with the limited communication). Clearly they had a specific type of clientele and didn't want to mess with that. We sat in the lobby for 30minutes or so while I tried to book another hotel in the area. I cancelled this reservation and they refunded me. The translator was kind and offered my other kids something sweet to eat while waiting, she also called a taxi for us. Regardless of the above, I was glad they asked us to look elsewhere because my first impression of the hotel upon arriving was ”whoa, the photos make it look so much nicer than reality” the pool is pretty much on the main street with just a small barrier blocking it. The walls need repainting and it's chipping off in a lot of places. Pool was overcrowded with adults. Not a single child in sight (quickly discovered why). Old furniture in the lobby which doubles as a restaurant it seems. Yes, I'm a hotel snob, I travel extensively and it's all in the details regardless of how fancy or modest a hotel is. Seemed clean and location not too far from the beach but would need to take a taxi to get there as the hotel is on a main street. Basically, it's where middle-aged adults on a budget go to get drunk and relive their youth.
