Ulasan Hotel μ Style Inuyama Experience

The hotel locates just next to the train station, it is extremely convenient. The staff is very helpful, they help my brother bring our luggages to the station when we all gone for shopping. The facility is very new, the noise reduction function of the windows are perfect. It is so quiet even our rooms are jut next to the train rails. One point needs to appreciate is the basket for towels, it is so well prepared and detail minded that I just need to pick it up and then can go to the hot spring directly. I particularly enjoy the resting room at the public hot spring area. The environment is clean, tidy and relax. For the breakfast, the type of food is just enough, not too many and not too few. The quality is good in general. Just one suggestion for improvement, please provide a weight machine for luggages. It will be more convenient for the shoping lovers like us to check if our luggages are overweight. Please kindly consider.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to enjoy the local activities in Inuyama. It's near the train station. It has a nice breakfast. Many good restuarants are also nearby. It's in the town center. Only 5 mins to drive to Inuyama Castle and the walking street. The room is great. Toilet is clean. And, they also have public hot bath for both indoor and outdoor.

Due to an error I made while booking, I mistakenly booked the hotel for 25/9 instead of the intended 26/9, and I was unaware of this mistake until i rushed into the lobby. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already dark, and the staff informed me that there was no reservation under my name and discovered that the booking was for the previous day. While I contacted Trip.com’s customer service, a senior hotel staff member who spoke Mandarin diligently followed up on my situation. She was very attentive, constantly reassuring me and stating that they had a room for me. I am very grateful for her support; however, the other two staff members on duty seemed a bit impatient. Even when I thanked them after the issue was resolved, they did not make any eye contact with me, which is very rare in Japan. I hope this was just an isolated incident. After successfully contacting Trip.com’s customer service, they said they would directly contact the hotel, and if the hotel cooperated, they could change the check-in date for free. Fortunately, the hotel manager unconditionally assisted in changing the check-in date, and I was able to check in smoothly that night. This incident also increased my impression and confidence in Trip.com. I specifically wrote this experience to express my gratitude to the Trip.com team!

So convenient, only a few steps from Inuyama station. Some staff spoke English very well and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the public bath, and the fact it was open until 11pm. The room was really welcoming and clean. I enjoyed staying here.

It's a relaxing and comfortable stay with a convenient location.

The hotel is right next to Inuyama Station and there is a carpark right next to it for use if you are driving. Location is perfect for a quick stay in Inuyama before heading off to the Alpine Route.

Everything was very convenient and smooth— from its location down to the hotel’s amenities. It was a beautiful stay in the snow. It was also very safe and convenient to get around town and enjoy the nearby sightseeing spots. I’d really love to come back. Superb!
