Tiba di rumah tamu pada hari Isnin kesan pertama sangat diperlukan kertas berhias yang datang dari dinding bangun menaiki tangga untuk memasuki bahagian utama rumah tamu 1pintu tiada kaca yang dipasang dengan kayu tiada sesiapa di kaunter penerimaan bercakap dengan seorang yang duduk dengan seorang kanak-kanak dia memberitahu saya mereka tidak patut mendapat kunci untuk permaidani bilik di sisi semasa anda berjalan di pintu, jubin di bilik mandi sangat sedikit grout, almari/almari pakaian yang jauh dari dinding, saya membuka laci kabinet sisi katil bukan zarah bersih tembakau di dalam laci di langkan tingkap pagar keselamatan kayu yang keluar dari dinding wayar tv tergantung ke bawah juga tudung lampu patah pada lampu sisi. Apabila kami menempah rumah tamu, sarapan pagi tersedia jadi saya membayar untuk katil dan sarapan apabila kami bangun seterusnya pagi turun ke bawah hanya untuk diberitahu kami tidak bersarapan lagi. Saya bertanya mengapa ia masih di laman web diberitahu oleh salah seorang kakitangan bos memberitahu mereka bahawa ia telah ditanggalkan apabila mereka membuka. Saya juga terlupa untuk menyebut air tidak begitu panas untuk mandi. Saya tidak akan mengesyorkan rumah tamu ini

Good location and they allow me to chill in the lobby after check-out. Shared bathroom and the shower works pretty bad. Check-in time must be 3pm while I just arrived from London by overnight train at 8pm and still looking tired but on the end they gave me a room at 12pm.

設施很不錯，但如果是週五週六的話需要休息一下附近的酒吧，裏面有人徹夜狂歡，對噪音比較敏感的人不友好

酒店說早餐已提供、房間有点潮濕、似乎有漏水現象、wifi speed很一般、總体只有中國2星酒店水平

Booked late due to previous business parameters but suited me perfectly. Situated right in the heart of Inverness train station two mins walk. Buffet style breakfast included in price will stay again when opportunity presents.

Got gloss paint on my jacket and luggage bag. There were wet paint signs in a couple of places but not explaining door frames were wet. Not happy

Awesome will be recommending friendly helpful staff local to all amenities

The only problem is that the Waverley is above other spaces and unfortunately there is no lift which I found a little difficult as stairs are awkward for me being disabled apart from that it's a fantastic place to stay

The room smelled of urin, the window was not isolated in the slightest and the heater did not work, so the room was very cold. All in all not a good experience.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Many thing in the room were broken. There was water leaking into the bathroom. The bar across the street had the music blaring until 4 in the morning

Room was very basic. Open storage with 2 mixed hangers only No towels on arrival, none available when requested. TV did not work - no signal. Not cheap and not cheerful!

Ideal for young people and couples; economical solution in the center of Inverness with Pub's and Restaurant's arround; close by the river and not so far to walk true the sea. coach station in front; close to visit Loch Ness and the Highlands

As soon as I walked in my room smelt strange and it was emanating from the carpet. The room was very simple. I checked my bed sheets and they looked clean but I couldn't get over the smell from the carpet. I had a closer luck with the torch on my phone & spotted a bed bug running along the carpet- I've had experience with bed bugs before so I knew what they looked like. They are an absolute nightmare to get rid of once you have them- so I immediately left the guest house and wandered around Inverness at midnight trying to find somewhere else to stay. I won't book here again and wouldn't recommend.
