Hotel terbaik di Ipoh

This used to be my favorites hotel before MCO, but now after MCO, everything changed, I booked the room 1 week earlier, when I check in, 2 indian lady staff ask for my booking ID, I passed them my booking details and my IC(as my booking name is same as the IC) but they just said they can't find my booking,they didn't receive my booking! They don't even search for my name to check properly. After they confirmed with their manager, my booking has been transferred to Expedia, but actually booking name is still same, just the booking I'd changed, why they still can't find the booking? Then, this 2 staff speaking Tamil Infront of me for few minutes to discuss their check in thing, .. they asked for my phone number, when I'm telling them my phone number, don't even finish my number yet then they speak Tamil again, discuss for something else. Then I stop and wait them to finished their discussion in Tamil language which I can't understand at all, then she ask again my phone number, then I have to repeat all over again. This is so rude to speak their own language Infront of guest somemore we can't understand it at all! After check-in,I realized they assigned me a twin bed room, they said they received my booking is with twin bed, but what I booked from agoda is double bed! Which is 1 big bed for 2 person! U tell me that u received booking stated twin bed, do u think this is my problem?! There are 2 different room type twin bed and double bed, I paid more expensive price for double bed, twin bed is cheaper! and I'm not saying that I choose the preference for double bed,The room type I booked is STANDARD DOUBLE BED ROOM. The next day I checked out early morning around 6/7 am, the front desk staff changed shift, is a Malay girl, she don't even say any word for the whole check out process, no greetings, no thank you at all and with dirty look. I stay in this hotel couple times before, everything was great back then, even though it located far from the Ipoh town I still choose to stay here but now no more next time, I know I should not have high expection for budget hotel but the staff really need to be train well on their knowledge and how to respect people..

Hotel btl2 kluar tol ipoh. Parking luar banyak. Hotel ok lah dengan harga. Size bilik standard tp bilik air punyalah luas. Sarapan biasa2 jek tak byk sgt pilihan.

Ini kali kedua saya menginap di hotel ini. Sebaik sahaja melalui pintu masuk, anda serta-merta diangkut ke persekitaran Bali. Mereka juga menawarkan rawatan spa Bali yang saya sangat mengesyorkan selepas seharian bersiar-siar di Ipoh. Sarapan adalah satu kemestian. Selain Nasi Lemak biasa, mereka juga mempunyai hidangan Bali seperti Fries Bee Hoon ala Bali dan Bubur. Kadar bilik saya adalah kira-kira RM450 dan ia dilengkapi dengan patio di mana anda boleh duduk dan menonton ikan koi berenang di kolam, sambil makan sarapan dihidangkan ke bilik anda. Bilik adalah terhad kerana ini adalah hotel butik jadi tempah awal, terutamanya pada hujung minggu.

Semua ok, cuma tak ada lif je la. Kesian kat org tua/oku la kan. N biasa la hotel lama. Perabot lama. Anak² seronok mandi swimming pool. Cafe pun selesa.

Parking disediakan, bilik yang luas, bilik air bersih, air mineral tidak disediakan tetapi air panas, sejuk ambil di mesin berdekatan lift..tilam empuk, bantal selesa.. Puas hati sangat.. Kedai makan je jauh2.. Overall puas hati

Kami menempah 2 bilik. Pada mulanya sangat gembira diberi bilik bersambung. Bilik bersih tetapi bilik mandi mengecewakan. Di bilik mandi katil king kami, semburan bidet bocor, saliran besen perlahan, air meresap dari pancuran mandian kaca setiap kali kami mandi. Untuk bilik mandi katil single double, penyumbat tab mandi longgar & air tidak dapat diisi. Bidai bilik mandi rosak & tidak boleh dibuka. Kami memberi maklum balas kepada kakitangan & meminta barang-barang untuk dibaiki semasa kami keluar pada siang hari, tetapi tiada apa yang dilakukan. Bagi bufet sarapan pagi, secara amnya kebanyakan makanan adalah sangat masin & standard tidak konsisten untuk jenis makanan yang sama setiap hari. Pengalaman paling teruk, kami dikenakan cukai pelancongan sekali lagi semasa daftar keluar apabila kami telah membuat prabayar semua caj dalam talian!

Staff hotel sgt ramah dan membantu. Bilik bersih. Cuma suis masih pakai suis lama. Suis yang dekat meja. Hotel ni perlu upgrade sikit je kat bilik dah okay sgt dah.

lokasi yang strategik. bleh nampak view pekan ipoh dan kawasan sekitar termasuk bukit2 yang ada berdekatan. Kebetulan trip ni mase cuti deepavali, bleh nampak orang main bunga api. view die memang sangat awesome la.. kolam die kt roof top dan agak besar. view cantek.. ade mesin basuh & dryer kt c2 gak. x yah bayar. self service je.. deko bilik die memang cantek. bilik air besar.. aku ambik ade breakfast. breakfast ok je. xla mengecewakan.. parking keta banyak

Suka stay sini. C.in/c.out smooth. Bilik luas dan selesa. Lif 1 tp laju. Lokasi dalam bandar. Dekat dengan kedai makan viral. Boleh jalan kaki. Parking free tp terhad. Breakfast sedap.

limited car park as shared with spa and restaurant. No fridge or kettle in room. Toilet and shower cubicle within room with 3/4 height partition disturbing rest of family in middle of night if anyone need to use the toilet. reception staff nice.
