Hotel Mountain view di Ipoh

We had a truly enjoyable stay at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh. The unit is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing getaway. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, offering a peaceful atmosphere that’s great for unwinding and spending quality time together. We also appreciate how well-maintained the facilities are, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities provided throughout the stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and taken care of. Overall, it was a very pleasant and refreshing experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing stay in Ipoh.

all process clear and smooth. semua ok, semua benda ada kecuali mesin basuh, kejiranan senyap, tenang, view pun lawa, takde benda nak complain lah. recommended dan boleh repeat. maaf if ade kekurangan dari pihak kami jugak🫡 **gambar tu view dari tingkap ruang tamu (depan mata lagi lawa).

Hotel ini hanya tiga tingkat, diubah suai daripada deretan rumah kedai. Reka bentuknya sangat menarik dan berkonsep unik, saya tidak pasti sama ada ia ***a klasik Eropah atau romantik. Daya tarikan utamanya adalah dekorasi dalaman; anda boleh mengambil gambar sepuasnya untuk kenangan atau media sosial. Di hadapan hotel ini pula terbentang pemandangan gunung. Jika anda menginap beberapa hari berturut-turut dan memerlukan kakitangan pembersihan untuk mengemas serta menukar cadar setiap hari, anda perlu memaklumkan kaunter penyambut tetamu sebelum keluar. Lokasinya terletak berhampiran jalan Gunung Rapat. Tidak begitu mudah jika tiada kenderaan sendiri, kerana untuk ke pusat bandar mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit.

Lokasi penginapan di rumah agam itu sedikit menyusahkan, tetapi persekitaran hiasan keseluruhannya agak unik dan bernas. Reka bentuk biliknya besar dan bersih, menjadikannya sesuai untuk sekumpulan rakan yang sudi mencuba persekitaran baru. 

Mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di homestay ini. Dipelihara dengan baik dengan kebersihan. Tempat letak kereta yang luas dan boleh parking di luar juga. Semua kemudahan masih baru dan bersih. Lokasi agak jauh dari bandar

Location and view is good as it facing the lost World. Got water filter is a plus point. The check in process is kind of complicated. Should state out clearly, as this condo arrmagemetn is slightly diff Then other condo. Usually need to use QR code scan in the guard house only can go to lobby to pick up the key. But this place is different. It is a separated area. Furthermore, I don’t know why the security guard outside the mailbox need to take again my info, like my ic/license, my tel no and etc.. It suppose using the QR code is sufficient. Parking actually got 2 not 1. If you have visitor coming in, owner will say park at G floor, but security actually don’t let visitors to park. Is very complicated and messy… They need to take our deposit by bank in to the owner. This is the first time I face this. And more than 24hours still not yet refund, after ask for twice only owner refund without send a simple message.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Kami mempunyai masa yang indah tinggal di apartmen ini. Lokasi adalah sangat mudah, dan akses mudah untuk menghubungi perkhidmatan Grab. Apartmen itu sendiri bersih dan diselenggara dengan baik, dengan perabot yang selesa dan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi pada masa hadapan. Terima kasih kerana keluarga saya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di apartmen ini!

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—so much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.
