Hotel Mountain view di Ipoh

We had a truly enjoyable stay at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh. The unit is spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing getaway. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, offering a peaceful atmosphere that’s great for unwinding and spending quality time together. We also appreciate how well-maintained the facilities are, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities provided throughout the stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and taken care of. Overall, it was a very pleasant and refreshing experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing stay in Ipoh.

Penginapan yang sangat memuaskan! Tempat letak kereta betul-betul di tingkat bawah dan berhampiran dengan lif, sangat mudah. Bilik itu bersih dan kemas, dan semua keperluan harian disediakan, termasuk tuala. Ruang ini cukup besar untuk memuatkan 6 orang, menjadikannya sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga. Saya pasti akan menempah lagi lain kali!

Semuanya seperti yang diterangkan.. arahan jelas untuk prosedur daftar masuk dan daftar keluar.. Proposal kepada owner.. kena tambah rak dan ampaian baju dan tuala. Tandas memerlukan kipas ekzos untuk mengeringkan lantai. Secara keseluruhan kami gembira untuk menginap. Pemandangan matahari terbit pagi yang indah..

Rekaan ringkas dan menjimatkan, tetapi hasilnya menawan dengan ***a industri. Agak kecewa sedikit sebab bilik bertingkap yang saya pilih tak boleh dibuka. Saya memang lebih suka angin semula jadi. Layanan kakitangan sangat bagus. Cuma ada sedikit terlepas pandang dari segi kebersihan di sudut-sudut tertentu. Namun, harga yang ditawarkan memang sangat berbaloi, jadi saya tetap berikan rating lima bintang penuh!

Location and view is good as it facing the lost World. Got water filter is a plus point. The check in process is kind of complicated. Should state out clearly, as this condo arrmagemetn is slightly diff Then other condo. Usually need to use QR code scan in the guard house only can go to lobby to pick up the key. But this place is different. It is a separated area. Furthermore, I don’t know why the security guard outside the mailbox need to take again my info, like my ic/license, my tel no and etc.. It suppose using the QR code is sufficient. Parking actually got 2 not 1. If you have visitor coming in, owner will say park at G floor, but security actually don’t let visitors to park. Is very complicated and messy… They need to take our deposit by bank in to the owner. This is the first time I face this. And more than 24hours still not yet refund, after ask for twice only owner refund without send a simple message.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Apartmen itu berada di lokasi yang bagus. Ia sangat terang dan bersih dan selesa. Terdapat kolam renang atas bumbung yang menakjubkan serta banyak kemudahan lain yang kelihatan hebat juga. Tuan rumah sangat membantu. Saya pasti akan tinggal lagi.

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—so much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Bersih dan kemas. Tak harap lebih sebab nak tido semalam je. Receptionist cam tak welcoming sangat tapi overall okay.
