Hermosa ubicación a 200mts de cavancha. Comida excelente piscina temperada ideal para los niños. Volveríamos !

Wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Iquique. The hotel is convenient to the beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Didn't use the pool but the fitness center was standard for Hilton Garden Inns. The staff was professional and friendly. The only small negative is that the great location, right across from the beaches and associated attractions, means there can be a lot of traffic which does generate some noise. But it was not a major issue. Highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Iquique and visiting this beautiful part of Chile.

We are here only one night but our experience has been excellent - pleasant and efficient check-in, lovely and calming public areas, very nice room with a very nice view (Room 801), quite good dinner and gracious service. As a Hilton Honors member, we have free and excellent WiFi. Great choice in Iquique.

I love the location. Large room okay breakfast. But they have a rooftop bar en restaurant. Every thing you need for a hotel. I did try out some more hotels up north in chili. But most others miss the charme and are only functional. But I love after a long day or just after dinner to settle down in the bar of a hotel with a drink where it is Cousy and friendly.

Went to the bar for a drink & something to eat. I ordered a pizza, which came with ketchup n cheese. Looked delicious but tasted awful ☹️ Shouldn’t Hilton know better how to prepare a regular pizza. The drinks were great 👍

While the location is good and the staff are friendly, there were too many issues to give them a better rating or to recommend this hotel. First, we checked in and got to our room and had no wifi. After 90 minutes of the “technician” playing with his and our phones, it was decided there was a technical problem and the WiFi worked every where except inside the room…it even worked in the hall outside our door! When we were relocated, no assistance was offered. Maid service was not good. Each day we had to call for items that should have been there (e.g., toilet paper, towels, etc.). Breakfast was ok, but the food in the restaurant for dinner was awful. There really must be something better.

Wir waren in der Hochsaison 2 mal hier jeweils zu Beginn und am Ende unserer Tour durch die Atacama-Wüste. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Bäder ebenfalls. Sehr angenehm überrascht hat uns das Restaurant am Abend mit sehr guter Küche. Auch die Cocktails und die Weinauswahl ist erstaunlich gut zu angemessenen Preisen. An der Rezeption ist es auch möglich mit einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter zu sprechen, der sehr gut Englisch spricht. Aber natürlich ist es von Vorteil, wenn man etwas Spanisch kann, da sich europäische Touristen hierhin vermutlich eher selten verirren. Da sehr viel Familien mit Kindern im Hotel sind, was angesichts des Strands direkt gegenüber nicht überraschend ist, ist es am Frühstücksbuffet teils etwas „rummelig“, aber das Buffet wird bis zum Schluss immer nachgelegt. Angenehm ist auch die kostenlose Tiefgarage, wenn man wie wir mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

La atención del personal deficiente, la habitación. 211 tiene el aire acondicionado malo suena toda la noche, ojo, el restaurante es horrible, se demoran 1 hora y media en traer los platos, con niños imagínense lo horrible que esa espera eterna , se nos quebró una copa y nadie nos ayudó a limpiar la mesa que quedó llena de vidrios, trajeron toalla de papel para que la limpiáramos nosotros mismos

excelente en todos los aspectos, muy buena ubicacion, habitaciones cómodas y con linda vista. La totalidad del personal con una actitud permanentemente cordial para con los clientes. Mención especial el restaurant, excelente desayuno y una buena carta de comidas, acompañado de una muy buena atencion
