Amazing experience. Very clean room and helpful staff (Ms. Ly and Mr. Quan especially). Window rooms are a bit noisy, so recommend booking the one without windows.

Booked for 2 nights here including eve of CNY. Not so near to the lake where the crowds are. There was a good view of the fireworks.

Service was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff esp night staff: Ms. Ly, Ms. Than, Ms. Hang and a guy (didn't get his name). Room was clean. Was easily able to access many touristy hot spots from hotel. Laundry service wash and dry, steamer iron upon request. Staff was able to suggest places nearby to get food based on what you were looking for. Would recommend👌

Good hotel. Unfortunately, the window is not that sound proof.. I can hear a bunch of car honking outside, ruin my sleep. The room is very small, like literally small small. It’s basically a community living. If you table and chairs you have to sit outside your room for sharing. Water dispenser is provided outside. Because room is small, the toilet if you shower with hot water.. you can trigger the fire alarm, which I did.

Not bad for the place It has no tv within your room , it is located outside your room in the shared area Overall it is very clean Great to book it for big family trips, you have option to ask for the whole level of 5 to 6 rooms You will share a pantry area, big fridge, water dispenser, big sofa and huge tv

Very hospitable and kind staff. Clean room, literally what you see is what you get! Just be cautious on selecting room if you want city view or cheaper no window room🫶🏻

Overall I very satisfied my stay in this hotel. It is clean and comfortable.The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I took sleeping bus from sapa to Hanoi arrive hotel around 430am. I am welcome by the staff Tuan to help me on check in procedure and he bring us to common area have a rest before we go out morning. Hotel help us keep our luggage so we can freely walk around while waiting checking without worry. We informed that hotel free upgrade our room to 7th floor as I would like to have 2 single bed room. Thank you for offering and assist this. 2ndly the hotel staff Tu, are so helpful to guide me doing free laundry service in hotel. He bring me laundry room and show me how to handle the machine. The free laundry service really help me to clean my dirty clothes before check out. Tu also provide me the hotel info so I can go to common area get water and rooftop. The receptionist Hàng and Brian are so helpful help us during our stay when we have any question . They remember our breakfast request and Brian can speak well English and talk more with us. It really make our stay meaningful and enjoy. I hope to revisit again for my future trip.

The hotel is very new, with excellent hardware facilities. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service at the front desk. The staff member, Ly Hang, kindly upgraded our room for free, making it an especially enjoyable experience.

not in old town, but walkable and not so crowded staff very good and supportive newly open one overall l was impressed

A very … bad experience. Staying in this hotel is like sleeping on the street. Hotel arranged a room on the first floor. The room faces a busy road. I requested to change the room on higher floor. The staff said it was full and could not be changed. I couldn't sleep at night. Fortunately, booked two nights only. In addition, there is no power outlet in the room. We can only unplug the original power supply for the TV or bedside lamp to power our equipments. By the way, hotel staffs are nice & politely.
