Excellent location and good facilities!

場所　空港から離島ターミナル行きバス 下車後徒歩5分 730の交差点からも見えるめちゃくちゃ便利なところ スタッフ　フレンドリーでわからないことあれば聞いたら教えてくれます 食事　朝食付き　軽い食事になるけど充分　また到着後水やお茶などのサービスあり　時間によってビールなどアルコールもありなので嬉しいサービスでは 私は基本ホテルにほとんどいなく外に出歩いていましたが、本当飲む場所等に近いので歩いてすぐ帰れるし、すごい便利でした　また石垣島行く時空いてれば泊まりたいと思います

Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay from 7nights to 2 due to weather but would have loved to stay. The room size was adequate, not super large but enough for us. The bed was really comfortable. It was a lovely quiet room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the harbour, souvenir shops, great restaurants and bars. The staff were absolutely AMAZING! Makawa (forgive me if i have spelt it wrong) speaks great English and was a great assistance to us with juggling cancellations and additions outside of dates booked. The girls that were on the desk at the time of our stay really went above and beyond to help us. They organised a rental car for us when everything close by was booked. They were so lovely, polite, cheerful and helpful - just a delight to talk to! They felt bad for me that we had to cut our stay short so they gave me a gift bag of souvenir stuff which was really sweet! The buffet breakfast had local as well as Western food and a fantastic selection. The restaurant area offers free soft drinks, coffee, tea and sake till about 9pm which is fantastic! The rooftop terrace is unreal, so good to relax and unwind and watch the boats go in and out of the harbour. We will definitely come back and stay here for sure!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Our room had everything we needed. The hotel is well located for bus stop and ferry port and the town. We borrowed bikes and cycled to the beach. Car rental nearby at the port.
