Me hospedé durante dos noches con mi pareja la paredes tenían manchas, muchas habitaciones sin funcionar la oferta gastronómica es deficiente. No dejen que las camareras entren al cuarto cuando ustedes no estén. Solo puedo elogiar las inigualables vistas que tiene ese paraíso que de ser en otro contexto iría cada vez que pudiera. Ojalá y con el tiempo mejoren las condiciones y realmente tengan 3 estrellas

Visitamos el hotel a finales de julio y lo único bueno que podemos resaltar es la limpieza de las habitaciones y reconocer el esfuerzo que tiene que hacer el personal de carpeta o seguridad para cada vez que uno necesite abrir la habitación vaya y nos de ese servicio ya que es inaudito que exista una sola llave electrónica para todo el hotel. La comida es mala y mal elaborada, no hay animación, no hay sevicio de TV digital ni canales por cable, no hay servicio WIFI, es doloroso ver la destrucción que tiene el hotel en las habitaciones del edificio principal, el salón del bar piscina no se vio limpio en los 5 días de estancia y se respiraba en general una desmotivación del personal.

Servicio muy lento. Perros por doquier en el área de piscina y bar. Me descontaron de la tarjeta y no reconocieron el pago, luego tuve que pagar en efectivo. Ahora es mi problema recuperar mi dinero que ya ellos descontaron
