This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I woke up to a mouse in my bed. It even scratched my head while I was asleep and left droppings all over the pillow. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel charging over $700 a night.
When I reported it, the staff’s response was beyond disappointing. All they offered was an upgrade for a future stay—like I’d ever come back after this nightmare! They tried to excuse it by saying the hotel is in a jungle, but that’s no reason for failing basic hygiene and pest control.
This whole incident ruined my vacation. I couldn’t relax, I couldn’t enjoy anything—I spent the rest of the trip feeling anxious and disgusted. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a luxury destination. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. And if you do stay here, be warned: you might end up sharing your bed with a mouse.

Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Great food and amenities. Best to book for someone looking for all inclusive but not wanting to sacrifice on food quality.

Good food and amenities, we came back a few days later for a second stay after our travel plans changed. Mixed service across the hotel, sometimes good but sometime very bad, really depends on the individual helping you. Good drinks and cocktails. This hotel will not help you arrange taxis from the airport they told us this was not a service they offer...

We come here for our honeymoon. however this is most terrible experience ever.
cons:
* They are still doing construction like start from 8am to 6pm. it's so noisy when you want to spend time at room.
They are lots restaurant are closed because of construction.
* I hate sale person trying to introduce INSPIRA plan. After you clear say no. he still keeping talking. I can handle for half hour tour. However we spend one and half hour with that sales person at very first day. So annoying.
* They ring bell when you turn on no service light. Which is not make sense at all. you don't get daily housekeeping service.
* water quality is bad. both of us get skin allergy.
Pros:
* most of food are taste good. However my husband get food poisoning after ate a burger at swimming pool. Rest of restaurant are taste fine. Especially Takeshi.
* front desk service is fine.
Overall, we are sosososos disappoint for our stay. !!!
