Ulasan Hotel Front Inn Fukuoka Airport

Convenient location near Fukuoka airport. Good if you're just staying overnight to catch a flight early the next day, but a bit far from most of the nice places. Facilities were clean and amenities were pretty good.

This place is close to the domestic airport but far from the international airport. it's inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. in the surrounding area there are some restaurants. The room is quite comfortable but it is cramped to open a large luggage. they provide free toiletries and there is all-you-can-drink. But There are 2 things that disappointed me 1. I made a mistake and made a room reservation for 1 person and made a telephone call if it could be change for 2 people. The male staff on the phone offered an upgrade and I had to pay 4600 yen. I agreed and said I would arrive at the hotel within 2 hours. But when we arrived at the hotel. At front desk there were 2 female staff who didn't know at all about the reservation I made and the changes. The female staff recalculated and I had to pay 4800 yen. Their additional fee is 4400yen + 400yen (accommodation tax for 2 people). Which is different from the phone. When i ask why the additional fee different from the one called? the female staff said it was because there were two of us. But I already paid in full for 1 person and I should have paid as said on the phone. Since I'm too tired from the trip to the hotel and had early morning flight. I just let it be. 2. While resting, I heard a noise and it turned out the sound came from the AC in the room. Even though we didn't use it, the AC made noise all night. I was quite disturbed and lack of sleep for front office staff: it is better to speak slowly but clearly than fast but hard to understand.

Excellent hotel and service definitely I will return the location is good close to the airport you can arrive walking so is nice I recommend to come here

Highly recommend. Room was better than expected and about a 1/2 mile walk from domestic airport in fukuoka I did not even need a taxi. Staff was very helpful and helped me dispose of a bike box. Arigato!

Good location near the convenient store and the airport. The front staff were nice and I really impressed by the smart tv. It’s safe so quite perfect for solo travelers.

Friendly hotels

酒店是室內全部禁煙的，要抽煙必須到户外才可以，機場離酒店非常近，步行就能到，當然也可以坐接駁車房間相對於日本的酒店來説，這個酒店的房間還是偏大一點，比較舒服

작년에 이용하고 올해 다시이용해봤는데 역쉬 좋습니다 직원분들 친절과 좋은편의시설 이번에는 조식도 먹어봣는데 평균이상이네요 ㅎㅎ 근처 식당에서 하이볼도한잔하고 음식도 맛나서 좋습니다

大人１人と子ども２人で予約しました。空港からも近くて便利でした。夜遅かったけど、大浴場でゆっくりお風呂に入ることが出来て旅の疲れが癒えました。 次の日は、空港までの送迎もありドライバーさんがとても親切な方でした。 また、利用したいと思います。
