Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I am very satisfied give 10 out of 10 points

Everything was ok, we stated just for a night without breakfast, it was comfortable to stay and sleep

Location: a bit far from the centre. You need to take taxi to go to the hotel, and also to go out from the hotel. Service: the food from the room service is very delicious and also affordable than most of the restaurants. You need to try it! It also has an indoor pool which is nice. The food for breakfast was decent like all other turkish hotels.

It’s not the first time we stay at that hotel very bad customer service and very dirty rooms when we stayed there in waking to my bathroom room 1505 I found I condom laying on the floor I called customer service they wouldn’t not send a manger or anything no one can speak English and it’s really hard to communicate with them They send someone with a spray bottle and he picked it up and spray the floor and left toilet was broken , every time you take a shower it leaks water so u have to put towels on the floor so the water won’t get outside the bathroom the glass of the desktop was broken the lid of the toilet was Broken I mean the whole time we stayed it was very bad visit

Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an exceptional hotel, IHG Group! We stayed there in June 2022, 9 days! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS reception staff!!! We received, as it was my birthday, a business room of 55 square meters! With living room, bedroom, exceptional! Pool view! Also, the cleanliness is 100%! Very good location, right in the tram station, which has a separate line, so transport is not limited by road congestion. A bit disturbing is the fact that, sometimes, we had to leave the pool at 3 or 4 p.m. because sometimes they had wedding parties organized in the pool area. But these parties are very nice, not disturbing, because at 11 pm they were over. It is very easy to reach Florya beach, in approx. 30 minutes by MetroBus. We recommend!

I have just checked out after a 3 night stay at the Wow Airport hotel. I visited as part of a medical tourist package. I arrived late from IST airport to a pretty cold reception. No warm turkish welcome or chit chat whilst I was checking in. The gentleman behind the desk was simply going through the motions and not enjoying his job. The bellman might as well be redundant as I wasn’t offered help with luggage , just a lacklustre point to the elevators. Although I was travelling with just hand luggage , a kind gesture to a weary traveller really does go a long way. The Corridors are dimly lit by motion sensors . The hotel was quiet enough on arrival. On entering the room it was sweltering with the temperature set on warm- no option to cool the room. I don’t like it when hotels “winterise” their rooms for their guests without informing them. The bed was comfortable and clean. No room amenities other than x2 500ml bottles of water ( I had to call for more only to be given one each time like it was gold dust) the lack of facilities in room must be a casualty of covid 19. No iron or ironing board only an expensive ironing service - not 4* at all. Bathroom tired , extremely tired. Clean enough , cheap imported toiletries , retro hairdryer . Decent quality towels. Room service - pretty decent and quick. No tray charges which is unusual . They accepted cash or brought card machine to room- nice touch. Breakfast - left lot to be desired. Cheap coffee machine , I was in Turkey , I expected decent Turkish coffee not Douwe Egberts from an imported machine. Nice fresh fruit and veg , hot food was warm at time. Area kept generally clean and tidy. Waiting staff all male with little attention to detail and welcoming personalities. Maitre D again redundant as he never once was witnessed taking room numbers or engaging with guests. The staff unfortunately gave the breakfast room quite a corporate / cold vibe. No interaction with guests , guests who they were providing a service to. Very sad to see as I imagine when this hotel was built , it was the height of sophistication. Reception staff. Day 2 I wanted to stay an extra night , went to reception to be told €50. I showed the gentleman the Lira price online and instead of honouring it like any high class hotel would do- he stood and watched me book it on my phone. On thought I think this was his way of getting money in his pocket as a backhander . Why can’t a hotel in Turkey accept Turkish Lira? All very sad and confusing . Training needed and awareness training , maybe English language training too. The gentleman would not give his name nor did he wear a name badge like his colleagues. No manager available to offer friendly constructive criticism too. From somebody who travels extensively around the world staying in a full range or hotels 3*-5* . I do hope you take my thoughts onboard. Please encourage your staff to be friendly and warm with their guests. You have a lovely Indonesian lady behind

The Hotel was very beautiful we stay 4 days.The personal is perfect .Really lovely hotel in the perfect part of Istanbul.The bed was really comfortable and cute.The breakfast was delicious especially Mrs Pelin and Nebahatvery helpful.Super service thanks Nabaht and Pelin.

Hi Hotel is in a good location; if you are able to get a room on the higher floors then the view is amazing. The room was a reasonable size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

Otel kesinlikle işe yaramaz vereceginiz paranın kesinlikle ederi değil şef garson gibi biri var insanlarla konuşmayı bilmiyor sanki zorla çalıştırıyorlar kendisini soğuk su istiyorsun degistiremem diyor odadaki su çok sıcak yemek yiyorsun otelde yemekten sonra çay ücretli böyle saçmalık olur mu bugün biryerde tavuk döner bile yeseniz çay ücretsiz dir ama her çay için on TL alıyor dört yıldız otel ama kesinlikle haketmiyor personelin çoğu yabancı Kırgız veya Türkmen neden bu kadar yabancı personel var anlamıyorum garrsona kadar hepsi yabancı Kotu5
