Mungkin kerana masa di luar musim di hotel, tidak ramai orang di sana. Terdapat pemanasan pusat untuk memastikan ia hangat. Saya menjangkakan sarapan pagi adalah seperti yang saya lihat dalam gambar, tetapi ia hanya makanan ringkas. Lobi dihiasi dengan kecubung, yang saya fikir secara peribadi cantik, dan sudut senaman di tingkat bawah tanah pertama adalah baik untuk latihan fizikal dengan dumbbells ringkas. My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

A new hotel with a luxurious grace and elegance with facilities that embrace sight seeing and location. The staff are the best I have experienced in 30 years of 4 and 5 star travel all around the world, including Dubai, Oman, UK, Paris and Sydney. They are focussed on providing a seamless, caring and insightful experience of Istanbul. The breakfasts were healthy, vast and extremely tasty. The rooms are spotless and quiet for a city centre, with an internet connection on the TV where you can access youtube for some tranquility. East meets west in Istanbul and the whole holistic experience gave us a holiday of a lifetime. We will be back soon to Carima Gold to shop, sight see, take in Turkeys magnificent history and eat the amazing food. Thank you so much from myself and all my family.

Ich bin seit einer Woche hier im Hostel. Der Service ist sehr nett und sie helfen wo sie können. Ich hatte ein Zimmerwechsel ohne Probleme und diese sind sauber und relativ ruhig gelegen zu einer Seitenstraße. Die Bäckerei gegenüber weckt einen am Morgen mit dem Duft frischer Brote ;) Trotzdem kein lauter Anlieferungsverkehr. Das Frühstück ist nett, Marmelade, Honig, etwas Gemüse und Tee, Wasser oder Kaffee. Sehr erwähnenswert ist das die Mitarbeiterinnen täglich überall putzen. Nur im Badezimmer fehlt ein Haken damit man seine Sachen und Kulturbeutel aufhängen und schützen kann vor Nässe :D

My wife and I enjoyed our week-long stay in the Soul Hotel in Istanbul in January 2023. We found a “home” there and got treated like “VIPs”. (I’m confident that EVERY Soul Hotel guest likely receives VIP TREATMENT, though.) Normally, I would not post a review because leaving a SUPER review has the potential to make it harder for me to find availability for my own stay. However, I see that recently there was posted a crazy review. People need to know that that review is baloney, and I don't believe one single word of it, and neither should you! I’m American and have stayed in hotels throughout the world, so I am quite experienced to say that there is a combination of factors that makes the Soul hotel one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere. The soul hotel is IMMACULATE. Not only is it clean, but it is also SAFE; the temperature controls in the room ALL work perfectly; the water pressure is SUPER; it is QUIET; the sheets and towels are new and high quality; it has a TERRIFIC breakfast; it’s a beautifully designed hotel with a lovely combination of antique and modern (see the photos)—BUT… incredibly----these are not even the best feature. THE BEST feature of the hotel is: its STAFF. They are ALL GOOD PEOPLE. The staff members really CARE about guests. They ALL speak English quite well and most speak other languages, too! They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you combine all these elements together, it makes for a truly memorable experience that is even reasonably priced(!) On top of the pricing, the design, the excellent staff, the great food and immaculate cleanliness, THEN there's the LOCATION. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the most charming part of Istanbul. There are antique shops and art galleries and coffee houses all around, and it’s even around the corner from the #1 Hammam Spa in Istanbul. It’s also located about 7 minutes walking distance from Istiklal Street, the major street where all the big shops are. There’s simply no better accommodations to be had in Istanbul. I invested an huge amount of time researching and vetting various hotels before choosing the Soul Hotel, and I chose entirely correctly. So, for free, you now get to benefit of all my investigations and experience, and I get to worry that I’ll have to fight you in the future for my own reservations. I wrote this because I couldn't ignore the reputation of this really fine establishment being attacked by crazy lies. Soul Hotel staff give their best for guests, and I feel obliged to stand-up against any bad things implied about this hotel. Soul Hotel is a CLASS ACT all the way.

The hotel it’s very nice. The service is top. For the breakfast we have so much choice. Aysenur the hostess is very sweet friendly and very helpful. She helps me when I have some question and help me. I’am so happy what you have a personnel like this. See you soon.

War sehr zufrieden. Habe in 3 Cityloft Hotels bis jetzt übernachtet, bis jetzt die Beste wahl. Definitiv nicht das letzte mal.

الفندق نظيف و خدمة الزبائن جيدة جداً و خصوصا شباب الاستقبال. المكان قريب جداً من المواصلات و يعتبر ليس بعيد عن الأماكن السياحية الغرف ليست كبيرة ولكن نظيفة و المياه ساخنة. خدمة التنظيف متاحة كل الوقت و حتى في وقت متأخر من الليل. انصح المسافرين الذين يأتون الى اسطنبول الذهاب الى هذا الفندق

Selected because our tour used it. It was a good choice! Will use Millennium Hotels again. The room was comfortable, the lnen changed daily and the staff friendly and professional. We enjoyed the main restaurant. Didn't get a chance to try the mezze restaurant. Good menu, though. Will returnl
