Ulasan Acar Suite Hotel

Me and my girlfriend staid in this hotel for 3 nights our room wasn’t cleaned even once, when new people arrived overnight they made a lot of noise, the reception people weren’t really helpful

Arrived to find the room was not as showing on web site,room size should be 30 sqm,but it was actually 15 sqm. This was supposed to be a suite but was actually a small room not what was advertised when i paid for it. There were problems with the bathroom water coming from the toilet whch we complained about we asked to change rooms they said they would fix we came back after being out all day still wasnt fixed so complained again the next morning it was eventually fixed the day before we left along with lights not working. We were not happy because this room was not what we paid for we expected a suite and this certainly was not what we expected.
