Mereka sangat berpuas hati dengan bilik yang mereka tempah untuk ibu bapa mereka. Hotel ini sangat baru dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat baik, terutamanya Xiao Wang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bagus. Di seberangnya ialah Pasar Malam Wanghong. Ia mudah untuk melakukan perjalanan dan hidup dengan tegas.

Clean and new hotel with location just walking distance to yi heng night market. Service of staff is friendly and helpful. Amenties are quite limited but breakfast had variety and quality. Overall recommend as the rooms are spacious and modern.

Great hotel. Overall is good. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is also very clean. My parents also enjoyed the stay with this hotel. The Hotel's staff are also very nice and friendly, especially Hannah, who assists me with a lot of things before arrive the hotel. Thanks for Hannah. We will love to book again for our next visit to Sanya.

This place is definitely worth the stay. Room is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, location is superb just opposite a night market, price is not on the expensive end.

Good size service apartment. Check in was quick and efficient. Located across from Sanya Night Market was not that great. The night market was boring and lots of repeated stores selling the same stuff. Worst was the noise from the night market could be heard even when we were on the 22nd floor!! The highest floor of the apartment building. Nothing nearby. Lucky we had hired a car with driver to bring us around Sanya.

My favorite hotel in Sanya for winter season. Swimming pool with warm water. Comfortable rooms and just the best rain shower in the world

1. TV remote controllers are with flat batteries. Have not been used for sometime and housekeeping is not aware. 2. Door ledge dropped off on our first day of stay. Housekeeping didn’t even notice this though it is left at the kitchen table. 3. Breakfast is so so, can do much better with more varieties. 4. The guest services officer who checked in us was great, with patience and warmth. 5. Location is good; opposite the night market and near to the beach. Ok

Hotel location is good and just opposite night market which sells seafood and barbecue food. Hotel front desk Dora service was good as she make effort to call taxi service for us as current China system is slightly unfriendly for oversea tourists for public transport services or having tourist prepaid phone cards for internet usage

It’s a good hotel, staff is good and ready to help anytime if needed. However amenities are a bit awkward, such as swimming pool is open for everyone, anyone from street can come and enjoy there. Also breakfast is very limited, we didn’t have breakfast even though we booked for it, and didn’t enjoy the swimming pool.

nice stay overall. they impose a cleaning charge of 30 RMB for the basic room. only issue we had them imposing the charge despite having cleaned and washed everything ourselves

Oakwood was an amazing place to relax in between fancy resort. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Second floor cafe had great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many shops around so we could choose eat in or at the cafe O. Most of the staff there understood English and very helpful. The ocean was walking distance and the night market was right across the apartment! We will definitely recommend to everyone who are looking for a simple place to stay with kitchen. We were able to get the laundry done while our kids swam for few hours on the same floor. It was all in all satisfied!
