From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The check-in was fast, and the warm cookie was a lovely touch. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options. The hotel’s location was also convenient, close to everything I needed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfort during my stay. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ozen & Melisa from reception was incredibly helpful in arranging local tours and dining recommendations — every suggestion was spot-on! Also want to thank Ali & Mustafa from ballboy services, whose attentive and proactive care made us feel like VIPs, who was not only efficient but also shared great tips for exploring the area. This team is truly the heart of the hotel — their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication created a warm and inviting atmosphere we won’t forget. Had a great stay overall. The room lived up to expectations - it was spacious, clean and amenities were provided. Staff was also very courteous and helpful. Only downside will be the location as there weren’t much food options around and no shopping area and supermarkets nearby.

Good hospitality but the place location not very good

Staff very helpful. MR MESUT ready to serve with smile. Blanket need to be placed on bed. Sitting bowl need maintenance as the water non stop flow. Tooth brush was not there. Food menu for Asia not readily available

Overall it was good, i did not eat there so i wouldn't know about the food, the room was good, the view not so much, location might be good for some people, but it is too far away for most, it was clean and service was quite good, the swimming pool was clean but the there was too much chlorine in it and it was quite irritating, fancy hotel over all, but i doubt i will ever go again because of the location.

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂

Located in area next to cemeteries. 15 minutes walking to subway. The hotel itself is good, rooms are clean. Service is good, but they don’t smile at all.

Nice and clean rooms. New building so everything is new and fresh. Comfortablle bed. Highly recommended
