اقامه سيئه جدا. عرف غير مجهزه جيدا لاستقبال النزلاء. جهاز التلفاز لايعمل كما يجب مجرد قنوات قليله والبقيه لاتعمل. التكييف والتدفئه لاتعمل على الاطلاق تم اعلام الفندق بالمشكله ولم يتم حلها نهائيا. في المجمل كانت تجربه سيئه

Our experience was amazing, the staff were welcoming and very lovely, special thanks to Fatimah for her help and support. The hotel is very modern and has all the items the travelers may need. The hotel location is awesome and neat, and has a garden nearby.

Thank you for the reception, Sister Fatima and Brother Mustafa. The hotel has all the services, including buses and the metro, in terms of cleanliness, rooms, breakfast, and the location of the hotel is very beautiful………………………………………………

It was a nice experience for me. Receptionists Nazli and Alp was so helpful and friendly. My regards to them. Bellboy captain Can was so fun. He was a gentleman. The food i had in the restaurant was so delicious. I will definitely come here again.

I had a good experience at this location, the staffs are very professional and attentive to our need ,rooms are clean good food and good room delivery , ask for Fatimaalzhra Riyadh she helped me a lot , location is very good for transportation

My stay at Ramada was amazing! Very kind staff, breakfast freshly made every morning, rooms are clean and the hotel has an amazing atmosphere. Close to all the available transportation and the rest was also good. I would definitely consider in coming back here for my next stay in Istanbul. Also special thanks to Tarik!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were fabulous and offered me tea and coffee on arrival. They also gave me a room upgrade and looked after me the full time. Can and ece were extremely helpful on reception as long with the other hotel staff, especially the manager. I would 100% return to this beautiful hotel. Thank you all staff
