Ulasan Hotel Yasmak Sultan

Amazing service from Trip. From web chat to app updates on flights and status. The booking process was simple. I did both hotel and flights. I knew which one I wanted to book and it was the cheapest on Trip. I stayed at Yasmak SUltan hotel. Ideal location and service. Can’t fault the stay, flights or location. (Pegasus is very basic but if you’ve flown with easyJet or RyanAir then you’ll know)

Excellent Location by walk you can go all the beautiful places and all near by you, and Friendly and Very Helpful Staff Specially Mr. Engin who help lot. The breakfast is superb more than 30 items 👌 highly recommend. Vinod Gurung Hong Kong

Always a good stay here. Most of the staff are friendly and the roof top terrasse is very nice. The relax bath should have been warmer. We will be back.

Overall very good! We enjoyed our stay Breakfast was great. Hotel central to everything! The rooms are a very good size and comfy. The pool and bubble pool is a great plus Many food shops and everything close by Tram stop less than 2 min walk away Staff are kind We did not get the Turkish bath as we found it expensive, we went to a local sultan spa which we would not recommend. Overall a very good hotel in Istanbul which we cannot fault, would recommend you to stay! Thank you

It is a beautiful hotel. However, the electricity is such that you have to turn it off (pull out the key card) so the ceiling light will go off. I use a medical device that requires electricity so I had to try and sleep with the ceiling light on. When I inquired at the front desk if there was any way the ceiling light could be turned off - I was told no.

The breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant was great. Must was within walking distance. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location on a relatively quiet street close to the major sites. Two issues to flag : 1-wifi in the room was pretty bad; 2- on at least three of the five nights I stayed there, I woke in the middle of the night to a very strong cigarette smell filling the room.

I liked the location and breakfast buffet. We booked the family room - bathroom in 1 bedroom was like an airplane toilet or worse. The room and bathroom were tired. Doors did not close. Also room is quite tight compared to EU standards.

Friendly people. Everything was within walking distance. Food was good too. Definitely worth coming back with children
