Ulasan Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say the service was top-notch from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mirac, Burak, and Talha, who truly made my experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service and a dedicated team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The hotel is located a few meters away Santa Sofia.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα της Κωνσταντινούπολη. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο για τα δεδομένα της πόλης, η επίπλωση, όμως είναι κάπως παλιά και πολύ χρησιμοποιημένη. Το πρωινό είναι ποιοτικό αλλά με περιορισμένη ποικιλία για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων.

酒店整體服務還是OK的 ～ 就是設施有點老舊了 比較像國內的老酒店。另外還有一點就是梳子、洗漱用品全都需要自己帶來，酒店不提供。 優點是地理位置還是很方便的，步行可以到很多主要景區

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July this year. Initially, we booked three nights, but about a week before our trip, we decided to stay in Istanbul for only two nights, so we canceled one night in accordance with their policy since we had a refundable rate. This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent, and I booked a city view room. However, upon check-in, we discovered that the windows did not offer a city view at all but instead looked directly at a construction site. We were essentially in the middle of a construction zone. I am attaching photos and videos to this review. I informed our agent, but there was nothing they could do. The hotel didn’t notify them about this, and consequently, we were not informed either. We thought, "Well, it is what it is." We didn’t complain and just tried to enjoy our stay. As for the rooms, they were certainly not what we expected or what was shown in the photos. The rooms are very outdated. The breakfast was not tasty, and the selection was very limited. The standard of the rooms and food is more in line with a three-star airport hotel. When we were checking out, we encountered another issue: due to the construction, our taxi couldn’t get close to the hotel and had to park about a 5-7 minute walk away. We had four large and two small suitcases, and you can see in the video how we had to get to the car. But that's not all. Despite the hotel clearly not meeting the standards of a four -star (google shows me it's actually a five star) establishment—in fact, as I mentioned earlier, it’s more like a three-star airport hotel—they still haven’t refunded us for the night we canceled. It has been a month now, and initially, they told our travel agent: "Refunds are issued once a week, but I think yours was skipped. I informed our accounting department again. I will ask them to refund you this week." We received this email a week ago, but still no refund for our two rooms. They claim "refunds are issued once a week," but it has been four weeks. It seems they keep "skipping us." This hotel rightfully earns the title of the worst we have ever stayed in.From start to finish, everything was bad, but we never complained to anyone. I usually don't write reviews - good or bad, I'm only writing this review now because their behavior has crossed the line. Not only do they fail to provide the expected service, but they also outright deceive people. P.S. I tried to download the videos, but TripAdvisor wouldn't allow it, so I took screenshots from the videos instead. This way, you can see how we got to the taxi.

I recently stayed at Hotel Vogue Supreme and had a fantastic experience. The services were top-notch, and I was especially impressed by the exceptional assistance provided by front desk agent Axhaw. From the moment I arrived, Axhaw was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The hospitality and professionalism displayed made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Vogue Supreme for its outstanding service and wonderful staff.

Assalam o Aliakom! It was our good luck that I stayed in this hotel. We had a lot of fun during our stay. We are very thankful to the F&B department here, especially the Ahmar Ali who served us good food. He made us try different dishes. Wonderful property right at the corner of all the land mark monuments of Istanbul. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and always wearing a smile.The rooms are quite big and up to date.The breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. I would definitely return back.

So happy we booked this hotel! Right in the heart of everything which was basically a block away from the Hippodrome. Easy walk to all the sites, many many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and the front desk staff was accomodating and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was wonderful! I wish I had the name of the beautiful women who took my order for eggs to order as she was just lovely. My only complaint was of one of the restaurant staffers whose name I also did not get as I was kind of shocked. I came down to get some ice and as I was waiting on line saw some men in front of me who I assumed were ordering coffee. Little did I know one was an employee of the Food-ist restaurant. He asked if I needed ice and I said yes (thinking he was a customer who was just curious) then he says "YES PLEASE" Huh? I did not realize I was going to get a slap on the wrist. It was very condescending and embarrassing. I did apologize because of course I am not a rude person, I just didn't realize he was the staff member I needed to ask for what I needed. I never noticed a name tag or anything. Because of his attitude we decided later to visit other restaurants in the area (as there are MANY) and not the hotel restaurant.

Staff very frendly and everythings great. Miraç, şervan, ayhan, atalay, talha, apo and okan thank you for help. This hotel is very close to everywhere and I can say that you are in the heart of Istanbul within walking distance. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
