The hotel room, the reception and the breakfast area are all in different buildings, but once you understand that, it is ok. The hotel rooms are a bit run down and need some maintenance but everything does work. The aircon was amazing! It was nice to come to the room and it was nice and cool. I do feel the rooms could be cleaned a little bit bitter. All in all it was not too bad, just know it is on the main road and there is constant noise from the road. He staff were very kind and helpful.

The hotel has several buildings. We got a room in the next building and its very secure and quite. Right on istiklal street and near taksim square. The staff were amazing and helpful. The room is nice and have a minibar and safe.
The breakfast is in the next building on the roof and very good, included eggs, omlettes, vegies, bread, fruits, salads, coffee, juice, spreads and more.
Really recommend it and definitely will stay here again.

Спасибо большое за отдых 😍 Центр Таксим, к всему близко. Уборка на 4, немного не хватает до 5😁 Ребята на ресепшене, очень быстро всё реагируют и помогут. За вид - Спасибо 😍

Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 дня. Жили в соседнем корпусе ( 5 минут от основного здания по ул. Истекляль). От расположения соседнего здания есть свои плюс, это тишина. Ресторан для завтрака с открытой верандой, откуда открывается красивый вид. Сотрудники ресторана пытаются сделать все, чтоб вы чувствовали себя комфортно, ассортимент небольшой, но голодным точно не останетесь. Отель рядом с метро Таксим, что удобно для передвижения по городу и добраться до нового аэропорта тоже удобно. Рекомендую данный отель.

Nice, clean, well located hotel. At the turn after 100-200 metres the popular Istiklal street starts, so very convenient. The breakfasts are good, no problems, questions or extra charges on request for omelettes. Friendly staff who are willing to help with questions. The only but: if at the time of check-in you book a hotel, you can be sent to another building, which is 15 minutes away from the main hotel by foot. It is very not convenient, given that I checked in with my husband, two suitcases of 50kg and two carriers with cats. So it was decided to choose a room in the main building overlooking the church. Excellent choice, gorgeous sunny view from the window, spacious room with kettle. Recommended!

Don’t stay here!!!! The worst place, the Somali staff is nice only, everything else is disgusting 🤮. Look at the pictures they don’t even give justice to the treatment we received. We had an altercation with other guests that were threatening us for absolutely nothing and when we approached the receptionist called Erdi, we was disgraceful, didn’t even apologize and could not find any solution for us, as we were so upset with the situation, he even said not to talk to him, how dare he if we were his guests!!! Please do me a favor, find another place and don’t stay there, you will only be disappointed, how can a hotel like this exist, I have no words to explain more the situation, at this moment we are trying to check out and get the refund. Best of luck if you ever book this 🏨.

Horrible experience in this dirty place!!! They destroyed my holiday. The first night was a nightmare for us. The bathroom was dirty and our next door had been too loud then the receptionist offered to move to another room. However, they gave us the dirtiest room in the hotel! A few times we complained and even sent pictures to the reception through their WhatsApp, They said we sent those pictures to the manager and hotel owner!!! That's it!! No more action!! I got a urine infection during my stay in the place and informed the receptionist even though they did not say sorry because this place got an infection. They could offer us a new room which is clean but they did not!!! Just Yeghane who is a receptionist knows English and you can communicate with her and the rest of the staff do not know English!! She has to deal with all the customers which is a huge shame! Overall I do not recommend this place. If you want to get an infection and destroy your holiday come to this horrible place. The minister of tourism and hotel industry in Turkey should shut down this disgusting place because of health and safety!! A massive shame for the manager and owner who just collecting money and playing with people's health and safety.

This has 2 buildings. Last visit stayed right on istiklal Cl . This time 3 blocks off busy road. Perfect in every way except one. Not a deal breaker. Set your own wake-up. They are lovely, polite, Helpful. Perhaps not good English but also showed them in Turkish. Secondly…confirm pick up service or get your own. The room was beautiful obviously just remodeled and all the amenities. Much quieter than other location. Room 301- had an amazing view. Astonishing. You could see across the Golden Horn to the Suleiman Mosque and other architectural marvels. At night it was so beautiful it was almost a distraction. In high season it was about $80 a night. I ALWAYS reserve directly with hotel. This time I got tricked in some way. I ended up booking thru ***********. Quite devious. In 66 countries and never had this happen. Book directly with them. info@triada.com.tr. I will stay there again this spring. A wonderful value punching well above its price range. This modern and to me, I am the king of cheap rooms in perfect places….it was a perfect place.

We left our luggage with the hotel Triada before check in and upon check in they said they LOST our LUGGAGE. There are two CRITICAL elements of hotel business which the Triada Hotel is lacking: SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY. After it was discovered that they lost our luggage and could not explain how they lost it and when. We also asked for the CCTV cottage but they always came up with an excuse to refuse us from seeing it. Together her boss (the owner) Eda Yilmaz, the manager, has promised us to compensate our LOST LUGGAGE. They even asked us to list the items and send the list to them in order for them to prepare the payment. When we have given our list, Eda now refused to compensate us and attacked us like we were not the victim here. At the end, we asked her to produce a police report and an official hotel report for the LOST LUGGAGE. However, Eda kept saying that she’s still waiting for the police and only give a piece of written paper without any official hotel stamp or letter head. After the incident on the first night, we did not feel SAFE in the hotel and always had to bring all our valuables and locked all our suitcases when we were out. We also LOST a valuable day in Istanbul. Instead of enjoying the city, we had to spend time going to the consulate, hire a translator, go to the shopping center to buy a new suitcase and items which was in the LOST LUGGAGE. What makes it even more difficult was that even the manager barely spoke English. WORD OF ADVICE: think twice for staying in this hotel. We didn’t feel safe and secure staying there and the hotel does not want to take responsibility at all once something goes wrong.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Istanbul. * Too Noisy * Separated us as a family Into 2 different buildings across the street and it wasn’t mentioned when we booked 3 rooms that we will be separated into different buildings that are not even connected! * Dirty bedsheets * No towels or tissues provided * No elevator * The behavior of their staff is poor and disrespectful And the list goes on and On

We called hotel as there was check in problem to my guest but the reception person don't listen and disconnect the call // worst if any issue is there they should answer //don't book this hotel. Don't book this hotel as in emergency they don't response.
