Reception lady is very nice and helpfull. Very nice resort and sea view ,except that keep rainning which not able to enjoy the private pool. For sure will go back again!!!

Rated location a 5/5, not because it is just a doorstep away from popular night markets, or just beside a beach, or the steep slope up to the villa, but because of the amazing view point it provides and the quiet sanctuary we are looking for in a retreat! The resort does offer free shuttles to areas in coral cove and (our favourite) crystal bay, which is great. Service (receptionist through WhatsApp, and drivers, cleaning) was very prompt and fuss free. Room was spacious and comfortable, facilities (eg bathroom, jacuzzi) were clean. Will definitely visit again! Thanks for making our retreat an enjoyable one.

Stunning hilltop location, couldn’t ask for better. Watching the planes fly in over the bay, chilling in your private cool, absolute paradise. Quality meals if you’re keen to stay in, great staff, shuttle service to the local beaches. Will return for sure.

One of the best hotels! Richly decorated Siam style hotel. High on a hill with breathtaking views. Definitely worth staying.

I sent 12 e-mails before arrival. She never replied, The location is not good, there's nothing nearby. You really have to take a cab to get there. There's a big climb for 10 minutes. What's more, I booked a cab at 10.15pm in the evening. She confirmed by message that it was okay. I waited until 11:30 and still nothing. I had to call another Taxi of the hotel which made me pay 500 baht instead of 400 in more, it does not even know excused that the Taxi did not come it is somebody of Not serious and the day of my departure I go to the reception to pay the things which I had one to pay and there were 400 baht more to pay I put the question it said to me it is a cab that you took, I said I had paid for the cab, she called me and wanted to charge me 400 baht more if I hadn't seen it.

Butifull place to stay,staff are so helpful, would definitely recommend this place 👌 😀

The views are amazing. I would return just for the views. You can arrange for a shuttle that brings you down to crystal bay beach between 8am to 5pm. If you need to be picked up after 5pm there's a 100baht charge. Breakfast was ok with a pretty decent selection of mains. I had the egg benedict which came with a choice of smoked salmon or ham. Staff were amazing and very helpful. This was the icing on the cake.

Only good thing is view only stayed 2-3 hours air-condition weren’t strong enough to able my wife to sleep in the room. Also you cannot walk anywhere. They could not find any room better for cooling. The one they offered was next to construction area and they want $30 per night more so we left hotel immediately went to another hotel and we were so happy. They did not give us our money back. They need stronger air conditioning system for their rooms. If you are ok with heat in the room and cannot go anywhere without paying them then enjoy your stay.

Just amazing, we couldn’t fault anything we had an amazing stay from minute one… the Sandalwood Luxury Villas are paradise ♥️

Beautiful hotel in a great location overlooking the sea. We had a large suite with 2 floors overlooking the pool and the sea. Staff was extremely accommodating and provided us with gear we needed for snorkeling. There is always staff available to take us to wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

We had good stay in this hotel. I forgot to mention that we wanted an early-checkout and a transportation to the airport, but robert who is the owner, was quick to arrange it early in the morning. Thank you very much for your prompt response, and see you next time!

Good location and good breakfast

黑鑽很多年，第一次住到這種五星酒店。 房間是大，但是破舊不堪，臟的不行。床上有一衹死蒼蠅。 客服裝死，需要自己去前台找。 住了一晚，第二天酒店不退後麪房費也跑了。 大家一定擦亮眼睛！

Потрясающий вид на море из любого номера(виллы) отеля. Уединенное тихое расположение, на горе. Для комфорта передвижения необходим либо байк, либо авто. Также в отеле есть услуги трансфером до пляжей и тд. Номера хорошего качества, довольно просторные, уборка каждый день. При отеле имеется ресторан, завтраки. В целом прекрасное место для отдыха.
