Ulasan Marpalace Hotel

Leute aufpassen ! Wir haben für 5 Nächte gebucht aber haben nur 4 Stunden verbracht bis wir ein neues Hotel gefunden haben. Erstattet wurde uns auch nichts, wie der Besitzer des Hotel zu uns sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich sagte, dass wir keinen Cent zurück bekommen. Die innen und außen Bilder sind Fake, dieses Gebäude was man auf Internetseite sieht, existiert nicht, die restlichen Bilder sprechen das Zimmer nicht, alle Bilder wurden bearbeitet, die Betten sind schmutzig und passen nicht richtig im Zimmer. Die Toilette war sehr dreckig, meine Tochter konnte nicht aufs Klo, aufgrund der schmutzigen Toilette.

Property located is very convenient to Eminonu tram and bus stop. Very walkable to Spice and Grand Bazar as well as walking or taking tram or bus across the bridge to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. Great access to dining, food, convenience store options downstairs all within 1/2 block with prices geared towards locals. This is a budget friendly hotel. Its a place to rest your head at night after a long day if exploring the the great city of Istanbul. The rooms are basic at best but is a great value with a excellent location.

The bed sheets and blank were not clear at all. the bathroom was not usable and space for shower

I called this hotel ahead of time to check if the room was ready. I was told it was and no problem. When arriving I met what seemed to be the owner that spoke very little English. He mumbled the room was not ready something about the water. He said he has another hotel and pointed us into a direction 2 guys took our bags. We followed them because we had no other choice as it was close to 23:30pm we were desperate to for sleep. We ended up in a place called Then Moss. The room which we were given was a basement room. It smelt like mould, the linen was damp and there where clothes in the cupboard (not sure who it belonged to). I would not recommend this hotel to any one. Please stay away

Ein kleines Hotel im Herzen von Istanbul! Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und die nächste Bahnstation ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel ist einfach gehalten, was perfekt für einen Städteurlaub ist. Außerdem ist das gesamte Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann und ich hatten 4 Tage Aufenthalt im Marplace Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

- But let me start from the start with the first red flag: on the top of the offer on ********** it was written: "Parking available". Then hidden somewhere down in the offer stayed EUR 2/day. But when we arrived he took us to the parking space which was on 3 mins walking distance and there the other guy (who owned the parking) charged us 5 EUR/day!! And when we wanted to access the car on the next day and it was locked, so we had to wait.. - Despite the proximity to the city centre, the area looks extremely sketchy and dirty. Nothing like the photo - The floor and bathroom were quite dirty. The bed sheets were OBVIOUSLY dirty, and there were no blanket and pillow for the 3rd bed, even though we explicitly booked and paid for 3 people. A mere 1 blanket (without cover sheet) and 1 bed sheet were given to us straight from another room with the explanation, that the hotel is full and there is none - The air conditioning started just pouring water over one of the beds in the evening, wetting it. So we had to move it. They said they will send someone to check it. Nobody came, and in the end there was puddle of water on the floor.. - We stayed for one night and couldn't bear it anymore. Of course they didn't give us any money back. - We contacted **********'s support. They were really polite, but couldn't do anything about it. It is a shame, they don't have more robust policy in place for such cases and also, that they allow for such sketchy scammers to thrive. Never again..

This hotel is not really worth for 3*. Amenities and condition is so bad. Neighborhood is terrible. There is even no elevator.

Hallo, ich und meine 4 Brüdern hatte dort 4 Tage übernachtet. Die Zimmerfenster ging nicht zu, Toiletten sind Katastrophe, wir haben nicht einmal geduscht, fast alles kaputt, null euro in diese Anlage investiert. Es hat so ekelig nach Kot gestunken. Also ich finde nicht das Hotel hat schuld, sondern meiner Meinung hat hier ******* schuld da sie solche Hotel in ihre web Seite anbieten, die sie nicht kennen und andere Menschen auf ihre Homepage anbieten. Nie wieder werde ich ******* für etwas benutzen, lieber Check24 oder andere Seiten. Wegen dieser dreckigen Hotels hatten wir gar keinen Spaß in Istanbul.
