The hotel is very nice and clean, the decor is very charming, and the service is also very friendly. For the food is also good and varied. The location is also very close to the typical of Solo like Batik there too. The point for this hotel was particularly memorable for my family and especially for myself.

nice hotel to business, family and couple trip. i always choose solia zigna when i stay in solo. love solia zigna. easy to looking for legendary food because near to everywhere. and the last one, the friendly staff, very helpfull and always find win win solution.

Went there to have a meeting. I had a good time when stay here, nice room, kindly staff, and nice breakfast. Solia Zigna located in the batik producing area in the city of Surakarta

Good place for family or business trip. The rooms really clean and nice service. Delicious breakfast and all menu have a nice taste. Meskipun lahan parkirnya agak terbatas, tapi valley service nya amat sangat membantu. Good place with a good service

The hotel was so amazing. The food taste so good, it has alot of options to eat. The room was nice, clean, neat and not that expensive. It was worth it. The staff was so nice and helpful. The welcome drink was so tasty. It was such a wonderful 4 star hotel.

Great service. Friendly & welcoming staff. Fast respond when required any services, the staff can also help you with transportation. Clean room & quite spacious for affordable price. Especially strategic location in the center of kampung batik, comfortable for shopping experience.

Great location, service, very helpful and cheerful staffs. For the room itself is spacious and has everything needed whereas the room service is also delicious, they quite often have “happy hour” so guests can enjoy the meal with free beverages. I’m not a professional or those very frequent travelers whatsoever but this hotel overall, I’m quite satisfied with everything they offer and for the price is totally worth it.

Comfortable place to stay in solo The view is incredible, the room are clean and spacious, the breakfast are delicious and the staff is very kind especially Ms Kiki, thank you all I think this is the best spot in solo because it’s near by the kampung batik laweyan and walkable

My husband and I really like staying at Solia. All good. No complaints at all. The hotel is clean and neat. The rooms are quiet, the food is delicious. More than that all the staff are friendly. Very helpful. I wish Success always for Solia and see you again!

this is the one of the best hotel in solo i ever stay i guess. from the first time arrive, the staff help me to carry my luggages, open the door for me and even serve the welcome drink and a bit snack for me, kiki help me explain the hotel and around hotel very well. the room, so comfy. the food, so delicious.. will difinitely come back for sure🥰

Nice to stay here,i very enjoyed the moment with solia. The employee was a good attitute & good to serve, i very like the pool in the rooftop and beside the pool have a bar to chill. And love the food as well from canting londo restaurant ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

all good except the breakfast menu need to improve and the chair in bedroom, its uncomfortable. dan di restoran rada sedikit bau yang kurang nyaman ya.. untuk staff all helpfull. thanks and swmoga diperbaiki semua nya yaaah...............

Terrible service. The front desk staff are very rude. The staff not trained properly for 4 star hotel. Even don’t know English and stand away not willing to help. The food has plastic in the sushi. And breakfast not fresh at all. Will never consider this hotel for stay again. Lack of toilet paper in the bathroom and whole hotel is even worse than anywhere else very bad quality I have even seen in the 4 star hotel.

This hotel is indeed nice, but for its cleanliness I was very disappointed. Why is that, one time we had breakfast. There were small cockroaches in the buffet area, even though this hotel was famous for its good service but it became bad because the waiters didn't pay attention to cleanliness. Yet it was still early around 6am. Why doesn't this 4 star hotel pay attention to details for service and cleanliness, including food. I also have called the front office for this accident because we already lost appetite and we would like to have our breakfast in the room. But the food came out so long, I hope that in the future the hotel can improve the quality of service and cleanliness.
