Pada masa saya menginap, sauna tidak berfungsi... sarapan pagi adalah lemah dan pada hari terakhir apabila teman lelaki saya tiba, mereka tidak membenarkannya masuk dan saya mengemas barang saya pada waktu malam dan bertolak ke hotel lain. Saya tidak akan menginap di hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang

Saya sangat tidak mengesyorkan tinggal di hotel ini. Sikap di meja penyambut tetamu adalah buruk. Jelas sekali kakitangan pengemasan terlupa meletakkan air di dalam bilik saya. Saya menghubungi meja depan untuk meminta air. Saya diberitahu bahawa botol percuma air hanya disediakan pada hari daftar masuk. Air untuk beberapa hari berikutnya adalah sama. Adakah anda bergurau? Saya telah tinggal di begitu banyak hotel, besar dan kecil, dan tiada satu pun daripada mereka hanya menyediakan air botol untuk hari daftar masuk. Adakah anda fikir saya akan dibuli kerana saya datang sendiri? Jangan terlalu ketara apabila membuli orang Cina. Orang Cina tidak akan datang untuk melihat perniagaan siapa yang anda lakukan.

經濟划算,早餐種類很多,服務員幫忙拿行李,介紹房間設施,服務很好,而且街邊都是特色美食和當地的特色物品,還有T1公交車。交通很方便。離聖索菲亞教堂很近

The room was clean and well presented. The glass top of the bedside table was broken and could be dangerous. Only one member of staff spoke English which meant we had to wait to check in. Breakfast was poor for a 4star hotel. No tea, no toaster, no porridge/ yoghurt but we were the only English speaking people there so everyone else appeared content. It said soundproof walls but they definitely aren’t, we heard the man next door chatting on the phone and could even hear the person he was calling. The tram runs outside and seemed to ring its bell as it passed by. Excellent location to visit the sites in the old town and lots of restaurants close by. The station was a 4 minute walk. Good public transport, easy to get to both airports. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. We only stayed 2 nights and there is so much to see should have stayed longer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I don’t usually write reviews but our experience with this hotel was one of the worst since the start. Me and my group booked 4 rooms a month ahead - 2x deluxe room & 2 x suite with spa bath. After arriving at the hotel, they checked our booking and said that our rooms are not ready and just come back at 2pm, which was fine as we were indeed a little bit early. We left our luggage (not in a very secure area as it was open space) as carrying big luggages around the city is chaotic. We came back after an hour or two but was then advised that they need to move us in a different hotel nearby for ONE NIGHT as the floor, which the rooms we’ve booked are in, have been closed due to electricity issues. This was already suspicious because it is impossible that they didn’t know about this when we first came!! Why couldn’t they tell us in the first place? We were offered free spa services because of this inconvenience. They ensured us that we should be able to get our rooms that we originally booked the next day. They checked us in Savone Hotel & Spa, which was only around the corner. No staff even offered to help with our luggages!! Anyway, after checking in, the staff said that we all have same room types as it’s the only ones available. I was so speechless at this point as 2 rooms we paid was significantly higher so we expected nothing less. One of the rooms had a big stain on the bed sheet, other room had no curtains and was advised that only tomorrow will it be put up, towels seems old and run down as some had holes in it. TV was not straightened and had no remote in one of the rooms. In the evening, we decided to have a few drinks and shisha in Palde Hotel. Apart from the guy, who convinced us to have a drink there, all other staff didn’t seem to be very accommodating to their guests. They started to talk and flirt with a table of three girls and we seemed invisible after. When we asked for the bill, they said to wait for 5 minutes, when there was so many of them to take care of getting the bill. It was very unprofessional. The next day, we had to walk back to Palde Hotel for our breakfast. Breakfast was below average. There were food flies flying around the food. Expecting to be moved back to the hotels we originally booked, we asked about when this would be during the day as we had plans to go out and want to sort it out beforehand. The reception staff seemed clueless and looked annoyed so he said to wait as another staff will come. We were then advised that they can only give 2 deluxe rooms and we needed to wait at 12pm when some guests checks out, if we wanted to check it out. Other 2 suite rooms would need to wait for the next day again as there were some mixed up with bookings!!! I started to think why do we need to wait again? 100% sure that they would have known this issue well beforehand. This hotel is a trap for tourists,dirty rooms,lobby is rented to a restaurant and a perfume store,small rooms,very poor breakfast,you have to pay for the pool,it was a terrible experience ,broken shower ,don't ever go there, receptionists very rude and un professional. A Saudi family of parents and 5 children's were giving 2 rooms one in the 3'd floor and the second at the 5'th floor despite any logic . The coffee pot had rust inside which was disgusting.

Awful hotel for the price paid. Firstly the spa is not included and is VERY expensive- the only reason we booked this hotel as there a much nicer places for your money. The breakfast was very poor, everything was cold even if it was supposed to be hot, no toaster, no butter, no juices or coffee glasses to get a drink. Cats wondering around the inside restaurant, walking around the tables and chairs. The room was dirty and unclean, our toilet did not flush half of the time and the previous guest used and empty toiletries were left in the toilet. Staff very unhelpful and rude

Great hotel as it’s in a central location. With it being infront of the Marmaray and being 5 minutes apart from Eminonou or Gulhane what’s there to complain about? However, it is slightly noisy as it’s literally outside a tram line. The breakfast is mediocre at best but does the job. All in all, the stay was solid and the people made the place much better, holida the cleaner has a heart of gold, may Allah bless her and the crew

They give me the room 501 the door lock was broken couldnt close my door it was a undetectable noise on corridor which i couldnt sleep all night and was still noise when i leave in the morning. İ called in the night but They lied saying they would fix it. Was a horrible experience for me i would never recommend anyone.

Best accomodations, near the Hagia Sofia and blue mosque . The hotel has good service with breakfast included swimming pool , Turkish bath and massage but it's not included , yet very good service also. The cozy restaurant in the hotel serves good meals,drinks and sisha ! The crew of of reception and the cozy hotel are really amazing, helpfull and very nice. The best crew I ever seen. Highly recommend.

Our staying at Palde was fantastic! The hotel matched the expectations, room is good for the price, cleaning is proper and was possible to have a good rest. Then to highlight the reception and restaurant team, exceptional people, evenings at the bar were always fun, cozy and full of joy!!! :)
