I arrived late in the local area and checked in at 7:30pm. It was extremely hard to find the place, and it's not very obvious. Upon my arrival, the boss said, "Because you are from abroad, it was difficult to contact you. We normally go and pick you up. " The reception/ check-in area stank of cigarettes and felt so uncomfortable being in a confined area. The owner took me to my room, which was the biggest he said. It smelled musky/damp, but the bed was soft and comfortable. Since I was only staying for 2 nights. The second night, the card key didn't work. Texted the owner, and he said it needs to be checked in every day, which he didn't mention. Luckily, I left my window open during the afternoon and managed to open the door from the side. There is a mini fridge, but it makes a lot of noises, so I have to unplug it. The bathtub was really nice. Breakfast is good, a bowl of hot noodle soup, hot fresh soya milk. .

Great location! The staff was very helpful and even came down personally to the gate to help us carry our luggage to the accommodation. They also provided us with a map and a detailed explanation to guide us around fenghuanggucheng. The place is clean and tidy. Really appreciate the service provided and had a really good experience! Definitely would be coming by again.

The architecture of this hotel made us feel at home, the details are nice, there are many simple things made by the owner of this hotel very well and the art deco design. comfortable and the location of this hotel is very good, even though it is in an alley but it is easy to find. We like this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we go to Fenghuang. Thank you also for helping us carry our suitcases and finding a car to get to the bullet train terminal.

Location was good, in the middle of the scenic area. The staff was super friendly, they gave us a simple noodle breakfast for free, even if it was not included in the booking.

The hotel wasn't easy to find, but local people are very friendly and helped us eagerly. We had a spacious room for three people, it was clean, all the equipment worked properly. The staff are friendly and helpful, they gave us a map of the old city and their phone number in case we got lost😊.

自駕的慎選，停車費40一晚，然後走進去還有5分鐘的路。石板路行李箱非常不好拖，來的時候老闆會派人來接的，回去的時候自己走。民宿位置在很中心的地方，但不靠河，相對比較安靜。老闆人還不錯，提出的各種問題基本都能馬上解決。

前後2次來鳳凰都有幸住在這家民宿，第一次是半夜趕到鳳凰古城，下着雨，沒想到店長安排人在停車場給我們送來了雨傘（細節👍），初次走在這深夜的雨巷，像極了夢裡到過的地方……看到門前的“梵間”二字，一種特別熟悉的感覺，冥冥之中以前就曾來過這裏。應該是我這種生活節奏快的人太期待這樣的地方產生的幻覺吧🐣 第二次來，我依然像之前一樣喜歡在雪橋與虹橋之間沿着沱江岸邊遊走。午後坐在沱江邊的石頭上曬太陽，發發呆，聽流水潺潺，看吊腳樓旁人來人往，感受這裏的人文氣息，建築藝術。晚上走在古城充滿年代感的石板路巷子上 也總能給人無限遐想～沉醉不知歸路～興盡晚回舟，終回到“梵間”一度… 梵間安靜的休息一晚，看第二天的朝陽依然霞光萬丈👍

老闆服務熱情；民宿地理位置佳；來回民宿小哥哥都幫忙拉行李；住在這家民宿有一種賓至如歸的感覺；早上阿姨煮的早餐很好吃；選擇多樣化。 房間很乾凈 裏面衞浴都是用的高端九牧；仔細觀察這家民宿處處都很用心對待顧客；從小細節裏的紙巾都是選擇好的

一家四口來湖南旅遊最滿意的一家民宿，地理位置優越，在景區中心，衞生方面很乾凈，環境也很好，設施很齊全，都是智能一體電器設備。最主要老闆人也很熱情，還會幫忙拿行李，介紹各種好吃的店，大家要來鳳凰古城旅遊的可以選擇這一家，確實很不錯，五星好評❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

الفندق نظيف والموظف محترم ومتساعد، حجزي كان ليلة واحدة غرفة وصالة وفي الطابق الارضي وكان المكان هدوء ومريح، يوجد لديهم فطور لكن للاسف لم يكن يوجد شيء حلال الا الخبز الطريق للفندق صعب شوي بتحتاج تنزل درج كبير فالافضل تتنقل خفيف، انا جاءني الموظف وساعدني موقع السكن غير مطل على البحيرة ولكن سعره مناسب وهادئ ونظيف وانصح به، يمكن التواصل مع الموظف عبر WeChat للمساعدة ومعرفة موقع الفندق

酒店在景點的中游，位置比較安靜，老闆人很好，我們人還沒有到就提前在停車場等我們。

朋友推薦來的古城及這家民宿，超級不錯！👍因為上班比較忙沒時間做攻略，上網訂民宿後就加了老闆微信，想著怕找不到路好聯繫。雖然他有說可以到南華門来接，因為我也沒遇到過租房有免費接送服務的（高級酒店除外) ，也就當是客氣話。可當天老闆真的特意到南華門接我們及幫著提行李。 民宿雖不臨江，但出門走幾步就是城墻，沱江，雪橋，真正的屬於鬧中取靜。訂的2套房都很整潔（露台房及一間2樓的套房）都沒有異味或煙味，冷氣機也安靜。四樓露台房能跟朋友坐著吹吹風，聽著古城內各種的熱鬧，聊聊天很放鬆☕。早餐我吃的是用新鮮骨頭熬汤做米粉（可加煎蛋）,及現榨豆漿，必須給做早餐的阿姨來個贊👍！！老闆還送了古城的地圖，也介紹了景點，我讓老闆推薦了當地值得一試的特色菜，很棒，有一家飯店我們去吃了兩餐😋！可能是因這家民宿的原因，我還會再來古城度假，住宿那肯定也是這一家囉。😄 我們退房前一晚他們家的十幾套房間都已住滿了👍👍 感恩，這一次旅程遇到的都是美好的🙏

房間與網上圖片無二，裝修風格令人傾心，衞生特別乾淨，讓人入住無比放心，民宿就在古城核心地段，去任何景點打卡都非常方便，老闆人特別好，特別熱情，下次再來還會選擇這家民宿
