We regularly stay at this hotel during layovers to Europe. We're drawn by its proximity to the airport, though this time we got stuck in traffic in the taxi and spent a long time idling for almost 3 km before the turn to the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's a good spa complex where you can relax. This time, we were given a room on the 5th floor, and in the morning, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, probably from neighbors smoking. Previously, we always stayed on the 10th floor or higher. We clarified at reception that our room was non-smoking. We didn't even know that rooms on lower floors were for smoking. This really spoiled our impression of the hotel.

Everything was good. It's a standard, reliable hotel on the outskirts of Istanbul, with attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast had everything you could need. It's a great hotel for an overnight stay before a flight or for shopping. It's also good for layovers, as the road from the hotel to the airport moves well even during peak traffic. There are many delicious cafes and restaurants nearby! I particularly enjoyed the steakhouse next to the hotel and the grilled restaurant. Vakko, the French cafe nearby, was also a highlight.

The balcony room had no balcony, not even a balcony door! There was no explanation given, and checking out early was not easy! I really don't recommend this place.

First time staying at the hotel. Friend recommended. Closer to the airport than inside the city as I was only staying for one night. The staff were nice and helpful and room was large enough with full amenities. I really recommend this hotel. Mall and lots of cafes and restaurants attached
