The staff were very nice and facilities were well maintained. The breakfast were tasty and had a lot of choices. The location is a bit far away from the down town, since area nearby was not quite walking friendly. We mostly moved with car.

The hotel cleanliness need to be improved. Also this villa living hall have no aircond which is too hot

Cleanliness: Very clean, absolutely bug-free. The pool has its own water circulation system. Service: Very friendly and helpful. Even if you missed breakfast, they still provided it. After taking a taxi, they would check if you had left anything behind. Environment: Top-notch villa, one of the best in Seminyak. Convenient for transportation, shopping, and safety. Facilities: Complete facilities, everything you could possibly think of.

We checked in at night and were checked in quickly and without any questions. We had a two-bedroom villa. Very quiet location, 10 minutes from shops, bars, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the massage. And most importantly, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

I traveled to two places, Seminyak and Ubud, and the Seminyak hotel was so good that it remained in my memory for a long time. The room is really big, so there is no inconvenience at all while staying in the hotel, and the surroundings are not noisy, so you won't have any trouble relaxing. The desk staff were also very friendly, so I was happy throughout my stay.

Great villa, great pool, very comfortable bed. Great location close to the beach, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts in the hotel restaurant or, upon request, floating breakfast in the villa pool. We were very pleased with our stay!

Independent villa with swimming pool, the room is well soundproofed, quiet and comfortable. What I like very much is that there are simple kitchenware, tableware, and a microwave. The boss is very attentive and can make some food by yourself. The service is very good. Breakfast is a set meal delivered to the room. The portion is good, but the fruit is the same every day. I hope it can be changed. The location of the hotel is okay. You can walk to the beach and supermarket on a small road. Apart from the spa, there are basically no public facilities in the hotel. I heard that a new restaurant is being built outside. I wish the owner a prosperous business!

Villa is reasonably quiet. Very comfortable large bed with mosquito net. As a shower, unfortunately, only a rain shower and no shower head, which made it difficult to get the shampoo out of my long hair. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool because it was way too cold. Breakfast is served in the villa which in itself is a great feature but the quality of the food was a huge disappointment. Dried toast, side dishes Vegetables were canned, I was shocked. Other food from the room service (Caesar salad and skewers of satay) were quite tasteless.

Outstanding villa and staff. This is our 10th time to Bali and our first time here. The villas are close to Bintang supermarket (10 minute walk) to get all you need to stay in and enjoy the villa. The villas have complementary water, tea,coffee and snacks in your mini bar that you can buy. Full fridge and cooking facilities are available in the villa we stayed in. The villas are clean and the amenities are fantastic. We had breakfast daily in the villa restaurant and can’t fault it. The staff were all so friendly and accommodated to every need. Cleaned daily, pest control and turn down service in the evening. The villas aren’t as close to all the main areas however getting to restaurants/shopping we just used the grab app cars and they were no more than $3 AUD to Legian,Seminyak. Highly recommend
