Kami meminta bilik yang tenang semasa membuat tempahan, bilik yang tenang yang telah disahkan kepada kami melalui e-mel. Apabila kami tiba, selepas memberi kami suite, pengurus membetulkan dan meletakkan kami di bilik 101, yang tidak layak untuk hotel jenis ini. Kami memaklumkan bahawa kami tidak mahu bilik ini kotor, kecil dan diletakkan terus beberapa meter dari jalan raya (kami tidur 2 jam), tetapi pengurus memberitahu kami bahawa tiada penyelesaian. Kami akhirnya menukar bilik pada hari berikutnya, dan 305 adalah lebih baik. Kakitangan yang ramah kemudian pergi keluar dari jalan mereka untuk membuat kami melupakan kejadian ini.

Kakitangan pembersihan tidak datang dan membersihkan sama sekali, berada di sana selama 7 malam, tiada apa-apa yang diubah atau dibasuh. Terpaksa minta kertas tandas sendiri

Rooms are too small. Elevator stopped working for 2 days and we had to walk all the way up to 3rd floor. Bathroom is very small.Even the shower section is so small it is hard to fit in.

When I have booked it was showing restaurant in hotel for breakfast but there were no restaurant available in hotel

Avoid this place. The bathroom are terribly designed and flood the room when you showered, not once during my 4 day stay was the room cleaned.

The place is nice and staff were very friendly the only issue is the communication they don’t speak English very well

The good: Location is very good It's clean and fairly new Very simple accommodations The okay: The standard rooms are very tiny, so you won't have a lot of room for you and your stuff. There is no closet, so you have to hang your clothes on the wall next to the bed, so pack light and try to bring small bags, because there is very little space in the actual room. The not-so good: Don't expect high-end service, it's a very basic hotel for a decent price. It's clean and well-kept, but don't expect any additional services other than a clean, well-located room. If you have the money, stay at the Bank Hotel a few minutes away, you'll get nicer accommodations and excellent service. If you have a lower budget and just want a simple, decent, clean place to sleep, then stay here or the Triada nearby.

A perfectly nice little Hotel. Walkable to the Old city, over the Galata Bridge and a lovely evening walk to the night life bustle of Galata and Under Karakoy.

Staff are nice and helpful and hotel close to everything
