I love the stay and the hotel recipients are veey helpful,lost my phone on the taxi,Miss Zehra and Mr Cenk helped me find, Mr Furkan was a very helpful to take the shuttle to Taksim square,i love the stay and surely will stay here next time.

Extremely clean, superb location, excellent facilities, and wonderful staff behavior. This hotel is fantastic.

Glad I picked that hotel it's very close to taksim square and surrounded by lots of good bakery and shops also they provide free shuttle service.

Overall, our stay at Naz City Hotel was lovely. The facilities were excellent, and most of the staff provided great service. However, we had a disappointing experience with one of the receptionists — a lady whose behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. At times, it felt as though we were not paying guests. This was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Bad soup

The location seems close to Taksim Square, but the road in between is an extremely steep slope, making it difficult to get there and back. Therefore, getting to and from Taksim basically relies on the hotel's shuttle bus. The surrounding cityscape is so-so; it's mostly abandoned old houses, and further back it looks like a slum. The hotel itself is fine, and the service is acceptable.

I loved the place, its location, cleanliness, and their service. It's completely quiet, and we don't hear any street noise. Taksim is a 13-minute walk away, and there's a free shuttle service to Taksim.

The service was terrible. It seemed like they didn't welcome Chinese people or dogs.
