It was really good. You could have easy access to traditional bazaar, touristic side of Istanbul, the metro, bus, and good transportation system. About Hotel, it was really clean, well organized, and had professional staff and workers. The breakfast was good but it could be better. And what I liked most was the safety of this hotel and the clean space of this.

Breakfast was good but lots of smokers make it unpleasant

The hotel is in a great location, it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, it is listed as 4 stars but is more like a decent 3 star hotel. If you want convenience it is good value for money, but don't book this expecting an international 4 star experience. You can walk to the bazaars, and get a great Bosphorus cruise nearby. The views are great. The beds are comfy and the showers are excellent. It's a bit dilapidated but clean and everything works. Breakfast is a buffet of tasty salads with tea and a truly disgusting orange drink. They only have nescafe - if you want proper Turkish coffee it's extra, but worth it. Lots of good, cheap restaurants nearby.

Good location. Free shuttle to overpriced tourist restaurants and a Bosporos cruise. Tiny room, had to walk against wall to get past bed. Staff most courteous. There is an alcohol-free "lounge" that only serves breakfast. Good choice for the price.

It's in a good location and the staff are lovely but it isn't really 4 star

Pros: Good location and value for money. We paid around £300 for 6 nights and the stay included a basic Turkish breakfast. The bus stop is at a walking distance from the hotel. Hotel has a shisha lounge and spa (massage, sauna and hammam). They charged us 300 Lira for shisha we ordered and service was very good. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but not everyone could understand or speak English. The housekeeping did a really good job cleaning our room everyday. Water bottles and tea/coffee sachets are provided complimentary. Cons: Electricity goes for at least one hour every day. The time can vary, but generally it goes off in the evenings which was quite annoying after coming back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. On the first day, the hotel staff said it was due to regional maintenance work but during my one week’s stay, I realised it goes daily. The nearby restaurants have generators installed so this means that this is a very regular thing in the area. Can’t keep iron in the room as they take it back after use, so had to ask for it again and again. The space between the bed and the wall of the room was very little, so I kept on getting hit by the TV installed on the wall. There is just place for one person to pass through at a time. Sound proofing at the hotel is quite poor. Wifi signal was very weak at certain times. Overall the stay was good, but the electricity is a major problem and it would be nice if the hotel installs a generator instead of letting guests stay in the dark for that time duration.

Staff were really helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Initially the staff member Nihad? was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was an excellent range and the foyer is very attractive. The second shift tried to sell me an expensive airport trip, incorrectly trying to convince that Uber is banned. The bathroom in the room was quite unhygienic, tiny and with a noisy fan. Room was tiny - needing attention and repairs

The staff was very friendly and the locations is quite good. The hotel is a short walk from the bus, tram and metro. But that's where the upside ends. The hotel is located in a very religious area of Istanbul which means that they don't serve any alcohol or basically anything else than tea and Turkish Coffee in the lobby bar. The room was very very small and nothing like in the pictures. I booked a double room but stayed alone and the room was small even for one. The bed was tiny and I had no room to move around in the hotel room. The room did indeed have a window but it was facing a staircase outside. The bathroom is horrible as it gets completely flooded as soon as you turn on the shower and doesn't dry before the room is cleaned the next day. It takes very long for the shower to get warm. The worst part is still the wallpaper-thin walls and door as you can hear every single noice directly into your room as if there were no walls at all. I didn't sleep good a single night as some other guests arrived home around midnight every night and kept walking up and down the hallway and knocked on their friends doors and slammed a door every 5 - 10 minutes. This went on for 4 nights in a row. When I finally thought it stopped on night 5 a family with children stayed in the room next to me and I could hear everything. I will never set my foot in this hotel ever again nor would I recommend that anyone else does either.

New and clean hotel Very kind and hospital workers/ also Turkish bath and massage was very pleasant ! Recommended ! The breakfast could be more exiting and various ( they should serve more Turkish food, yoghurt etc) but it was ok
