Secara jujur, hotel ini bersih dan ruang yang baik dan penyambut tetamu yang baik, tetapi saya sangat marah dengan desakan untuk meminta tip, kerana kami tiba pada waktu malam dari perjalanan untuk tidur selama 8 jam dan bertolak pada waktu pagi ke bandar lain, dan saya tidak mempunyai wang yang mencukupi, jadi pekerja itu mengadu kerana saya tidak memberinya tip yang besar. Mereka tidak menghidangkan air dengan sarapan pagi, dan jika anda ingin minum, anda perlu membelinya.

Dindingnya nipis, makanannya hampir.

Hotel was average but was too far away from the areas where all the sights. The hotel receptionist arranged for a taxi to the sights as the bus systems were spasmodic but it was £35 each way so worked out rather expensive. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff and close to the airport for easy access.

The location is just 15km from the airport. Clean . Spacious for a big family .

Very good price-service. The only thing that i didnt like is that they serve coffee and tee in paper cups. with this price which i paid i can accept that i dont have expect very flexible breakfast , which i think it was very good, but i dont accept paper cups

Really horrible room food in menu was awful so was breakfast! No airport drop off the staff were mostly nice! Never again but I guess it was cheap

It was a wonderful experience to be there as it's an ideal location near airport for transport at a very reasonable price and I would definitely recommend to book this hotel to all.

Place was good and room was very and aa described. No kettle for making coffee. Language barrier is a problem

Another excellent stay and staff extremely helpful. Executive room was really good with excellent facilities. Perfect location and great value compared to other hotels close by. Ersin and ismayel at the reception desk are both excellent very friendly and helpful. Thank you team isport.

First, trip.com sent an email to the hotel about my pickup, and I sent one too, but the hotel did not respond. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked why they did not respond to me or trip.com. I received an absurd answer. They said they did not respond because no one sent it. Second, the taxi that the hotel gave me took a long roundabout way, so it took 25 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport. I do not want to use the hotel again. Lastly, there were surprisingly many hotels near alongside to the the hotel. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Oh, there was one good thing. The breakfast was varied. Into English

For short periods and transit, hotel is what you are looking for. If you end up late in the night, on top of the staff you will be meet by a very friendly parrot.

My stay at this hotel was mostly pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The room was clean and comfortable, but the decor felt a bit dated, and some of the amenities were lacking. The staff was friendly, though service was a bit slow at times, especially during check-in.
