The hotel is exquisite! The staff was extremely kind, especially our butler Eren. I am impressed with everything the hotel can provide- food, spa, lobby. My only regret is visiting the hair salon The Most - it was ridiculously expensive! I have not seen such prices anywhere in the world!

Staying at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus Istanbul was truly an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail in the room design and the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the dining options were absolutely world-class. I can’t wait to return and enjoy this slice of paradise again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened. Great location, very friendly personal. great restaurants, spa service. I would like to especially mention the concierge Ozgur. Nearby is a good walking area along the promenade. I plan to stay at this hotel many more times. Excellent meet and greet service.

- Solid and top level quality with high service standards - Breakfast is special; incredible food array, fresh, and incredible heated glasshouse area on the Bosphorous; well done on the heating even in colder weather; very nice atmosphere. - Special recognition to Ozer for his service and going out of the way to make it a great stay. - Mehmet at the spa is incredibly hard working, kind, helpful, solid. Also his colleague Alper. Time and time again, so helpful with the gym, sauna, and overall atmosphere. - Korhan, Enis, and Ahmed at breakfast are outstanding; attentive to detail, helpful, caring. Thank you! - As always, MO Istanbul concierge outstanding; Ozgur, Ege, and Atakan - top team and very helpful - Special thanks also to Dincer; outstanding massage therapist. - The gym is a highlight - the top quality equipment and high ceilings - Gym manager/PT Engin is outstanding, insightful, very helpful as always. - Impressed with the work ethic and elegant presence of spa sales manager Asli

It’s my first time at Mandarin in Istanbul, luxury hotel with very good services especially Melek. She is friendly and wants to keep the guests satisfied and happy. For sure will repeat this experience in my next trips inshallah……………………..

We are regular visitors to Turkey and have always been very complimentary about the hospitality and service provided by the hotels here. On our current visit, we decided to stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Istanbul, and I must say, this hotel is truly exceptional. Not only is it beautiful, but it also offers fantastic facilities, amazing restaurants and lounges, and a must-visit spa, among many other great amenities. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Irmak, who took great care of us throughout our stay. Whether it was making restaurant, lounges, spa etc reservations, or anticipating our needs and offering assistance, Irmak went above and beyond. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say that her service was some of the best I've experienced. On one occasion, I lost my reading glasses on my way back to the hotel, but thanks to Irmak and the concierge team, they arranged for a new pair to be delivered to my room within the hour. Her dedication and attentiveness were truly remarkable We will definitely going to stay here on our next visit to Istanbul
