開始安排的房間的靠近路邊的，第二天換靠海峽的，很好，下次還會住的酒店，餐廳，晚上的氛圍很好，早餐都很好，和預想的一樣的，負責我們的管家特別好，很棒的小伙子

Beautiful experience and special care like always in Manadrin. Especially our Butler Batu was super kind person and make our stay much more special. We enjoyed Novikov restaurant with beuatiful seaview. Also would like to recommend turkish hamam for couples. Its more than ritual.

Very nice hotel, impeccable facilities, good atmosphere, staff with unbeatable attention, friendly and ready to serve you, especially Beyza who was my assistant for my needs. The food was very good and the restaurants in front of the Bosphorus were unrepeatable. I would return without the slightest doubt.

The hotel was excellent in term of cleaness, staff support and location. Excellent food at the restaurants. It was a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the Bosporus view. The Mandarin Oriental has been and will always be our favorite accommodation. What makes our stay at the hotel extraordinary besides the location, the comfort, the beauty of the room is the service. My wife was not feeling well, and it was midnight on Christmas Eve. I asked for a medicine delivery from Eren (who was extra helpful and accommodated all of our needs) he managed to get it delivered to us within 30 minutes. We thank you for the amazing service.

The hotel, the view and the vibe is fantastic. So clean and organized, the service was excellent and the staff are very assistive specially Berru is super nice, very assistive and always smiling. Thank you Mandarin Istanbul. Totally loved my stay and I do recommend this hotel to people with high standards.
