開始安排的房間的靠近路邊的，第二天換靠海峽的，很好，下次還會住的酒店，餐廳，晚上的氛圍很好，早餐都很好，和預想的一樣的，負責我們的管家特別好，很棒的小伙子

What an amazing hotel! The service is absolutely impeccable from the moment we arrived everything ran perfectly without any issues at all. We changed reservations and asked for additional items for our room and everything was dealt with immediately Eren was brilliant every morning we received a welcoming message which definitely made you feel good for the day ahead thank you for your service!

Mandarin Oriental always will have a special place in my heart. It is where I will keep returning time and time again for business, for a great dining spot, for a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus and most importantly -- to spend time with my partner. From the very moment you enter the MOIST estate, you are welcomed in and that is when the magic starts. During check-in, I was introduced to the most brilliant Mr. Batuhan, who helped with every little thing my partner and I could ever want or need. There was no request too small, no ask foolish for Batuhan. He took it upon himself to make the entire visit to the Mandarin Oriental such a unique, special and magical experience for us that we will never forget him and for good reason. He was happy to give us a tour, share facts about the hotel, the skyline across the Bosphorus and recommend places to dine among so much more. He was professional but funny, he was informative, so easy to get on with and had an all-around wonderful personality to have around and only a small text away. I owe it to Batuhan, the Mandarin Butler, for making this experience so lovely and really helping us bring magic into reality. His superb service and real passion for what he does makes me have no doubt in my mind that he will progress in his career and I wish for him to do so. When we do return back to Istanbul and to MOIST, I wish he is still there to be able to greet us. Mandarin Oriental is much more than just a hotel you stay at. It's an experience, a home away from home, a second family you get to know and Batuhan really made us feel welcome into the family and for that, Batuhan, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Istanbul Hotel. The experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and attentive service provided by Beyza. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was comfortable and memorable. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference, and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended!

Amazing service and very helpful and nice people working there. A lot of great restaurants and amazing views in the pool and the terrace. They help you with anything you need and in a very attentive way. Great environment and very beautiful hotel. Would stay there again without any doubts.

The trip was amazing the reception guy mr mustafa and the all the was very nice helpfull And the location is the best in istanbul. We came here with my family and the took great care for us. The italian restaurant was great we enjoyed the kitchen. Lastly the view was great.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, with a stylish and modern design. The breakfast was rich in variety and delicious. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, Beyza went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. She was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with a warm smile. Her exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
