Very good customer service! I e mailed the hotel if I can leave my luggage for a week before checking in since I will be going to Nagasaki. The staff at the front desk are friendly especially Mik. Upon checking in my luggage is inside the room already! Highly recommend this manned air bnb. Hassle free checking in unlike most air bnbs without staff. They provide Yukata, towels, some tolietries daily. Free vitamin drink too the whole stay. The room has a balcony, clean all over, separate toilet & bath with toiletries, a washing machine, kitchen & cooking utensils, microwave & fridge with freezer.

Good location.

Check in is smooth. Upon entering the room, felt very dusty. Found many many spots of thick dust not clean. Air condition is very dirty with black spots on it. Will not recommend this hotel as it is very dirty and dusty.

The facilities are quite complete. The room is clean. It's a bit difficult if you arrive at the hotel before the counter opens. You have to check the time well.

Pros: Location was pretty good with easy access to either Hakata or Tenjin. Some of the good restaurants were within the area too! Bedlinens and towels were clean. Povided daily changing of towels and clearing of rubbish. Was able to allow luggage storage for awhile after checking out at 1100. Cons: All table tops & racks were full of dirt/dust. Had to wipe them over many times to get them clean! Very disappointing for Japanese standard! Super low sink! Had to brush teeth and wash face using their kitchenette basin area (lucky we had that). Very soft mattress… was pretty miserable to sleep on for us suffering with lower back problems. TV doesn’t have YouTube/Netflix. Wasted big balcony for no use at all (since laundry could be dried in the shower room). Would have been great to use up this space to enlarge the super small room instead!

Great bargain for a hotel for people who just need to catch some sleep in between busy days. You have to do practically everything yourself, but for the price it’s a deal. One great surprise was there was a washing machine. Of course you have to know a bit of Japanese to use it (Google translate), but I was able to even do a quick wash of yesterday’s sweaty clothes. You get your typical toothbrush, comb, towels, and robes. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was clean and expectedly small. I’d definitely stay again.

No cleaning services, you leave used towels in an open basket outside the door to exchange for new towels which is very unhygienic. Walking 15-20 minutes to tenjin or hakata station. Reception very unfriendly and rude, she is not willing to help nor answer any questions. Rooms very small, requested for 2 beds but they are put together and almost no space to separate them. Can only open 1 luggage at a time. Not much space to put luggage

Very very good an clean room with huge facilities

It was not as bad as what other reviews said. If you are coming to Japan, expect that business hotels and hotels in general are small but compact and have all that you need. This space is big enough for 2 people. There's also kitchen where you can cook, microwave, ref and washing machine. Train station is 10-minute walk but there are nearby bus stations so it's not that hard to go around the city.

Good and clean

This was my second time staying in the same room as the first time. The terrace faced east, so I never missed the sunrise every morning. The environment was quiet, the 24-hour supermarket was cheaper than the convenience store, and there were many options to choose from. It was very convenient to stay near the subway, and there were always restaurants open in the early morning!
