Excellent hotel, with brilliant staff. Arrived in the wee hours and they still went out of their way to explain and guide me along for many things. Very approachable and attentive to details

It’s 8th visit to Istanbul and my third stay at this hotel, which in high quality standard, location is just perfect, historic attractions are at waking distance and also restaurants and famous grand bazaar

Un viaje con personas mayores obligaba a encontrar un hotel céntrico. El hotel está perfectamente situado. El personal es servicial y muy competente. Instalaciones , muy bien, aunque el gimnasio necesita alguna reforma. Desayuno muy bueno y en un ambiente perfecto. Volvería al hotel? Por supuesto. El año que viene.

Отличный европейский отель в Стамбуле. Район очень ужасный. Но отель хороший. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

워낙 위치는 좋지만 가성비는 그다지 좋지 않습니다. 친절한 직원,좋은 위치에 비해 방이 워낙 좁아서 불편합니다. 가성비는 별로 높지 않습니다

I might have stayed there way more than I should have. Hotel is a bit worn. There were stains on my rug. Hallway was often dirty but they did try. Front desk staff, housekeeping and the guys up in the restaurant were mostly awesome, especially the restaurant guys. There were a few people there who shouldn’t even be near the hospitality business. Food was really decent, especially for the price and atmosphere. Getting cabs, Ubers, you name it was impossible especially since the area is often cordoned off to cars. Public transport is practical and really close. Lots of group bookings especially Russians. Then again, some special people that made it tolerable. The area is nice. I’m much happier in my new 5 star hotel, more centrally located, where they have a more guest-centric philosophy and have better food options and amenities, and are more modern and clean, with much nicer rooms, for about the same price. Btw I travel a lot. I gave an extra star for the 3-4 people who tried to make it special.

Deception - expected better installations and costumer service: the ocean view was hardly visible no AC … they provided a portable fan. =(

First I was given a room with no window, when complaining I got a smoking room. The reception was very unfriendly especially the reception manager. He was just not turkish, normally things work very well in Turkey but this was my worst hotel experience so far. I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and has been my prefered hotel in Istanbul as I travel through quite often. But this was my last stay at Radisson President hotell.

Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Pub is very nice to have drinks & nuts . Brilliant views from roof top.
