Overall, it was pretty good. The villa has its own pool right outside, and the room itself is very spacious with good facilities. All in all, quite nice.

The owner, a Chinese gentleman, was incredibly warm and friendly. He gave us a lot of great tips for places to visit in Phuket and how to avoid tourist traps, and his recommendations for delicious Thai food were spot on. The hotel environment is fantastic, with independent villas that are spotlessly clean. Perched on a hillside, it's backed by the jungle and faces the sea – very chill vibes. The staff were all very welcoming, and breakfast was freshly prepared hot food. Right outside the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven and a dry cleaner. In the evenings, there's a night market by the sea, frequented by many locals, offering affordable prices and good, authentic food. I'll definitely be back next time!

The owner renovated this place back in 2018, and then the pandemic hit. Everyone's been through a lot. This is my third trip to Thailand, and it's so comfortable staying at a Chinese-run hotel. They're accommodating and easy to communicate with. The room is great, just the quiet style we like. There's a small beach nearby with rocks, offering plenty to explore. There's also a mudflat where you can catch crabs and sea cucumbers.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Having breakfast with a light breeze while looking at the sea was very therapeutic. The owner was friendly, and we could also rent a motorbike, which was convenient.

What I loved most was the breakfast made by the auntie – freshly prepared every morning and perfectly suited to my taste. I cleaned my plate every single day! Enjoying a delicious breakfast with the sea breeze was just wonderful, truly a highlight! When we left, the owner even came out to see us off. It was hard to leave, but I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Extremely satisfied! Considering the New Year's Day surge in Phuket accommodation prices, while the owner's rates weren't cheap, they offered exceptional value for money during this period. Service: It felt less like service and more like interacting with a long-lost friend. We'd often chat, and the owner constantly offered tips on dining, drinking, and activities. It was incredibly relaxing, the most laid-back trip we've ever had. We even lingered at the dining table, enjoying the fan, for a good part of the check-out day 😊😊. Facilities: Each room is a private, stand-alone vacation cabin. It features an extra-large double bed and a comfortable sofa – perfect for those sensitive to the sun to spend the day lounging. The toilet and bathroom are spacious, and the water pressure is excellent. Public Areas: Every day, we'd wake up naturally and have breakfast near the front desk, enjoying the distant sea view. It felt like walking through a forest. In the evenings, it was easy to fall asleep by the pool, enjoying the breeze 😄. I must mention the nearby attractions: About 400 meters north along the road towards the beach, there's a street food stall that served the best and most affordable Thai food of our trip. We often brought food back from there. There's also a noodle shop nearby. To the south, the night market offers authentic grilled chicken and seafood with plenty of food choices. Renting a scooter is highly recommended. Location: It's a bit far from the very center of Patong, but the beach is within walking distance. You can watch the sunset just 200 meters from the hotel, heading towards the sea.

The location was also super convenient, with a night market and the beach right outside. However, the view was just average, so it's best suited for those who aren't particular about sea views. On the bright side, the owner is Chinese and incredibly nice, very friendly to fellow Chinese guests. You can ask them anything you don't understand.

The pool was under maintenance when I visited, which was a bit of a bummer. It's also a bit of a walk down to Patong Beach. However, there's a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby, and the hotel itself was decent with a balcony perfect for sunbathing.

Before coming to Phuket, I looked at many five-star hotels and finally chose Daydream. The stay this time was fantastic! The owner was incredibly warm and hospitable, patiently communicating with us from the moment we booked. They helped us plan our itinerary, recommended excellent and value-for-money island hopping tours, and even personally assisted with booking cars and boats, saving us both hassle and money. The hotel is made up of individual villas, offering great privacy, and you can see the ocean right from your window. Watching the sunrise in the morning and listening to the waves at night, it felt like being in a secluded paradise. The courtyard is surrounded by lush greenery. I'll definitely come back next time!
