Very old room and customer services not best used the iron in the room and made dirty on the clothe

A five-star hotel but does not deserve any star, it does not deserve to be called a hotel and even the name of an apartment is too much for it, the bed is shabby and worn out, the bathroom and the room are not clean and not on my request, the space is smaller than what I paid for.

Warning: This is a disaster! It's not a five-star hotel; it's worse than a cheap guesthouse in China costing a little over 100 yuan. It's dirty, dark, poorly soundproofed, and the sheets are stained. Book now if you want to ruin your trip!
