Ulasan Just Stay Resort

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

As good as usual. I appreciate the hot spring and the facilities. Though the breakfast is a bit weak.

You will find your room without staff. Hot spring water is very dirty some point. I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

Good to go with family

With restrictions lifted and travel businesses growing across Greater China, we 're looking for a better place to step down and explore more great places to go in greater bay area.   We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.   The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.   The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.   We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.

第一次入住這個酒店，也是朋友推薦過來的。整體環境非常好，是自湧泉，一家人住一個別墅正好，可以有獨立泡湯池，而且是自己放水，想什麼時候泡就什麼時候泡。正好過來有點降温，天氣冷的時候泡實在太舒服了，泡完渾身暖和。餐食基本都是自助餐，品類豐富，刺身都能暢吃也是很豪氣了。下次還要再來玩！

很後悔沒看差評，過了一個非常不愉快的生日，訂的親子房，安排了走廊轉入再入的最後一間，又黑又舊，跟前台説換房，其中一個女的態度非常差，就2.14號晚值班，不是小鄧，説按新房的標準…態度很差的理論起來，這情況我真是頭一見，發現大部分員工一點笑容都沒有，很影響出行心情，餐飲也是較差，早餐品種不少，但品質口味不太行，温泉區域還算挺乾淨。酒店挺小氣的，叫給兩瓶水非常不情願，沐浴間沒地方掛乾衣服，沖好出來是開放式的，，很難找乾淨地方換衣服。

我對這家酒店的入住體驗非常滿意，尤其感謝貼心的小鄧😘😘😘根據家庭情況幫忙升級服務，感謝🌺🌺🌺套餐有歡迎水果和下午茶🤭🍵房間的設施非常齊全，床鋪舒適，衞生條件也很好。房間的裝修風格簡約而不失高雅，給人一種温馨舒適的感覺。温泉湯池乾淨衞生，還有玉石床等，服務人員態度很好，幫忙提供毛巾，及時收拾客人用過的毛巾。早餐的種類豐富，食材新鮮，口味也很地道。餐廳的環境也很舒適，服務員的態度友好且專業。 總的來説，我對這家酒店的整體體驗非常滿意。這次入住體驗讓我感到非常愉快，在假期結束前全家得到身心放鬆，超棒！我會推薦給我的朋友們。同時，我也期待在未來能有更多的機會體驗到酒店提供的其他服務和套餐。

入住這家温泉酒店徹底刷新了我的度假體驗！酒店隱於山林之間，日式庭院設計禪意十足，客房寬敞温馨，榻榻米與觀景陽台讓人瞬間放鬆。露天温泉池水質清澈，多種葯浴池功效各異，泡湯時仰望星空彷彿時間靜止。員工服務細緻入微，從入住引導到夜床服務都充滿温度，浴衣質地親膚，連洗漱用品都是高端品牌。特別點贊會席料理，選用當地時令食材，擺盤如藝術品般精緻。晨起在鳥鳴中享用豐盛早餐，離店時還收到貼心伴手禮。無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務都遠超預期，真正做到了"細節之處見品質"，絕對會成為我反覆打卡的治癒祕境！

這個温泉酒店我去過不止5次，主要是奔它的環境和不限制温泉水去的，第一次簡直就是驚喜，所以疫情期間連續去了好幾次，這次升級了3房的，一進去感覺就不太好，主要是衞生，地毯那叫臟啊~希望能改善一下

1: 4人房配2瓶水，打電話要了，多給了兩瓶。 2:停車場沒管理，充電樁車位停滿了燃油車，以致無法充電，跟酒店人員反饋，對方一聲不吭（住酒店來説，罕見這種一聲不吭的） 3: 空調熱的慢，冷了多要張被子，不情願給（最後再次要求還是給了） 4:前台電話打5次接2次。 5:讓送食用冰，送來下圖，衞生意識作為一家酒店來説我不能理解。 6: 從入住到離店，服務水平我一分不想給。 7: 温泉還是不錯的 8:房間確實老舊，2樓陽枱燈是壞的。 服務是近期住過所有酒店最差的，沒有之一。

每個房間的空間都很大，也比較乾爽，進門能聞到淡淡的香薰味很舒服૭😌૭ 院子裏的泡池放水速度很快，晚上把遮陽傘打開泡起來也不冷。 卧室跟樓頂的窗台早上曬太陽吃早餐很舒服～ 房間乾衣器好評～第二天可以穿乾爽的泳衣☺ง Ps:臨時加班到房間已經好晚了，房間裏能玩的很多，沒時間去外面的泡池，下次有時間要再去試試～

去年就來過這家温泉酒店，今年又來了，訂了帶私湯的小院別墅，正好一家人住，設施完備，環境優美，天然氧吧，泡完氡泉後，感覺皮膚滑嫩了，特別推薦！前台小姐姐小温熱情，服務周到，給孩子了特殊照顧，非常感謝！
