My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

As good as usual. I appreciate the hot spring and the facilities. Though the breakfast is a bit weak.

You will find your room without staff.
Hot spring water is very dirty some point.
I think change water more when national holiday.

The hotel and the location are outstanding.
Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more "fresh" night buffet" and a more balanced " asian / foreigner breakfast". coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread.
If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

With restrictions lifted and travel businesses growing across Greater China, we 're looking for a better place to step down and explore more great places to go in greater bay area.
We took great pleasure in seeking a memorable stay at "JUST STAY" resort, which the memorable stay had experienced and also encountered some annoying situations that could affect our stay.
The exhaust fan made a huge noise during the night, not me and also our company had an impact on the other rooms. It was supposed to be machine aging , and the hotel couldn't fix it.
The hot spring pool had more than 30% under maintenance or CLOSED for some reason, even the indoor children's play area had CLOSED as well.
We look forward to the hotel's recovery and service improvements in the near future.
