Excellent choice. It is well located and I walked to all the local attractions from there. The bed is comfortable and the room was kept clean. The breakfast area in the terrace is the best part. The area is noisy so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Очень понравился отель. Расположение- достопримечательности, базар и кафе в шаговой доступности. Завтраки вкусные, повара стараются от души! На завтраке выходили на террасу кормить чаек колбасой, это потрясающе! В номере чисто и тепло. Номер не прокуренный, посторонних запахов табака, сырости нет. Сантехника чистая и исправная. Белье и полотенца меняли каждый день. Воду ставили каждый день. На ресепшене администраторы приветливые, всегда во всем помогали, отзывчивые. Нам очень понравился отель, вернёмся.

서비스는 매우 좋았으나, 방 자체 방음이 너무 안되어있어서 잠을 청하기가 힘들었습니다. 위치는 번화가 내에 있어서 먹거리도 많고 관광객들을 위한 거리도 따로 있는것 같아 좋았어요.

前台服務不錯，早餐也不錯。 但由於在市中心，晚上街上較吵。

Went from the 30th April to 6th May. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable, informing us of the historic sights to see. Hotel was very central to main routes especially the blue mosque, tram line and grand bazaar. Will miss Istanbul, especially the hotel cat we made friends with who slept on our bed every single night. To whose that stay in room 207, please leave your windows open and look after her with plenty of cat treats and food.

Hotel Amber is situated in Kumkapi near a streat with a lot of (fish)restaurants and in walking distance of the bazaars. The location was very good. The room was very clean (and was cleaned every day). The breakfast was on top of the hotel with a beautiful view on the sea of Marmara. The receptionist helped us with arranging the boottour and taxi.

Very good located, WE really enjoyed this week in the hotel, the staff is very nice especially Yakub, who take about our request. The hotel is confortable with all you need, we recommend this place to spend good time in Istanbul

We had a great stay. The breakfast was a local Trurkish flaver but they would cook your eggs anyway you want. The room was clean and some what roomy. Close to all big ticket to do's in Istanbul and close to the best eating area in the city. A big shout out to the staff and desk clerk who helped us out immensely with our last day and helped us with directions, metro and airport connections because we could not get a decent cab pick up or booking on the day for that I thank them as we arrived at the airport on time and with no fuss. I would thank them and wish all staff for a great and friendly stay. The Romano's

The hotel is situated in the old town within walking distance of the main attractions in Istanbul.The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff very helpful.Breakfast on the terrace over looking the sea was a delight.There is a great choice of restaurants close to the hotel. The only drawback is the climb to the attractions, the hills are very steep so this should be taken into consideration.Apart from that we had a most enjoyable stay and are pleased to recommend this charming hotel

This is an old 2/3 star property with poor service..it is located in a fatih market area..a very noisy and traffic area..no enough staff, very poor service...no one apesks/reply in English language!!!, Only thing we like was its terrace restaurant, very costly as per service/condition... there are better options near Grand bazar
