Good location, but the hotel itself is not worth of 4 stars, but 2 at most. Poor sound-proof, unclean conmen area

It was ok

The young man who works at the front desk was very kind a friendly. I think he was the best element of this hotel. The hotel room had only one mirror, in the bathroom. It is very noise all night because it’s on very busy road so you hear traffic loudly all night. Also the air conditioning shuts off from perhaps midnight to 6am to save money, the room was hot and stale ….basically I did not sleep good during our 2 nights stay. Was exhausted at check out from lack of good sleep. The free breakfast was good. It’s ok place but not worth the $$$ I paid which was over $350 for 2 nights .

Konumu güzel olan , odaları temiz olan bir Hotel . Personelin herzaman kapida iyi karşılaması iyi niyetli olmasi gitmiş yerine suratsiz tehditli yardim etmeyen bambaşka personele dolmuş. Birgün Hoteli uzattık 2 hafta önceden ve hergün defalarca hatirlattik fakat aşağıdaki personel bizi kovmaktan beter etti , ve rezervasyon /uzatma yapmadiniz dedi defalarca hem iftira atti hemde yalan söyledi benim inatlanmama karşı gelemeyincede artik mecbur uzatti birgün . Hersene geldiğim hotel ve senede 2-3 kere hep kaldığım Hotel den ilk kez hic memnun kalmadim eski personelleri mumla arar oldum . Minibarda hersey ücretsizdi simdi sise su bile parayla olmuş . Kahvalti yerindeki 6 ci kattaki personellerde kafamiza fincanlari gecirmedigi kaldiydi zorla yapıyolar islerini

Top hotel met hele behulpzame medewerkers. Het is een schone hotel en zit op een centrale locatie.

Geweldige hotel met een top locatie. Ontbijt was perfect uitzicht was perfect. Zeer zeker een aanrader.

Kat hizmetleri zoraki temizlik yaptırdım. Temizliğe giren kadın yatağı bile düzeltmeden çıkıyordu bemim uyarımla düzeltti. Akşam oda servisi yok. İçecek siparişi için aşağı inmek zorunda kaldım. Personel çok başarılı değil. Lokasyon süper.

Dieses Hotel ist eine Katastrophe!!! Es ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel!! Lasst euch nicht von den Bildern täuschen. Die Zimmer sind ekelhaft, dreckig, alt und marode. Das Fenster im Zimmer hat ein Riesen riss, die kleine Balkontür ist undicht es zieht. Es halten sich in diesem Hotel nur Jugendliche auf die Sich absolut nicht benehmen können und keine Nacht Ruhe kennen bis Morgens 5 Uhr nur lautes lachen, Schreien & Brüllen zuhören.. Ortszeit 02:45 schreib ich die Bewertungen am 4 Tag nicht mehr auszuhalten. Das Hotel interessiert es nicht ob Sie sich wohlfühlen oder nicht. Die sind nur auf das Café Lulu fixiert. Schade um das Geld was ich gezahlt habe. Ich kann euch nur Empfehlen bleibt weg von diesem Hotel und den unangenehmen Gästen!!!!

Самое классное- Местоположение- и вид с главного ресторана . Номера ушатанные, шёл ремонт . Вкусный завтрак.

Tolle Lage, Top Hotel

Very bad experience despite the great location. The maintenance and cleanliness are far from acceptable. The staff is extremely noisy in the hallways, and the windows are not soundproof, so you hear all the noise from the busy street. The room’s parquet was sticky, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the showerhead was leaking. The paint job was incomplete, and there were traces of rust. As for breakfast, while the view is great, there is no self-service, and the dishes are very basic and the same every day. No fruit or juice, just cheese and a hard-boiled egg each day!

One of the best hotel in the concept of sea view in whole istanbul , very clean, staff are amazing , amazing sea view restaurant for breakfast with high quality food , special thanks to Dilek from house keeping, Emir and Fatih from front office , they so helpful and characteristics.
