Ulasan Loft Airport Hotel's

I booked loft for an overnight stay between flights. This hotel was perfect for that purpose. Clean room, everything needed was available and the hotel also provided transfer services to and from the airport. I even got a balcony although I wasn’t there long enough to see much daylight.

The service was very good, the takeout was delivered to my room, I knew I was a Chinese and gave me an interpreter,

It was the worst experience I ever had with Trip.com. The receptionist was completely and evitably rude. As we waited for 5 hrs already without an AC and when we complain politely, we were told that "its not my problem". There was a problem with the AC and they cannot fix it within the day. They cannot change the room too. So they would want us to sleep inconveniently and discomfited. He told us to cancel the booking and we did. THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE REFUND. Plus, there wasn't any soap for taking a shower. DO NOT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL as its really far from the center, too. If you wanna explore the city of Istanbul, check Taksim Square. Been booking with this app and never encountered this issue.

Really nice for the price paid and great for one night stay. No issues or problems at all.

Hotel room were clean and quiet. I think closest hotel from Istanbul Airport. I had nice experience. Probably go there again!

This hotel is ok. The room was quiet small in size. The staff had trouble communicating with us in English. They did however try to use a translator to try and help us which was nice of them and we appreciate them for this. Thank you

Good location- close to the airport and very close to the public transport- there's a direct bus that takes straight to the airport, very convenient. A couple of eateries around. I wanted to do an early check in, 2 hours prior to the check in time and the hotel was happy to accommodate it for the price that almost equaled a full night's price, which I refused, but they gave me a triple room for the price of a single room, so I cannot complain much. Reply to my messages wasn't as prompt as I was expecting though.

Very shady and the staffs will try to force an additional "services" for an extra price. Also the additional meals are seriously overpriced

Nice place near to the airport and five minutes to the main market also nice view from the rooms. Respectful and quick response staff. High recommended. The picture is the view from the room at night.
