I really enjoyed my stay at the ibis Madrid Alcorcón TresAguas. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made me feel comfortable straight away. The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had a very pleasant night’s sleep. The location is also convenient, particularly if you are travelling by car or need easy access to Madrid and the surrounding area. Having the TresAguas shopping and leisure centre nearby is an added bonus, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. Overall, I found the hotel to be excellent value for money. The combination of friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort and convenient location made it a very enjoyable stay. My dog was allowed to stay! Lovely wild park nearby. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the ibis Madrid Alcorcón TresAguas to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel near Madrid. Five stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Left my headphones at the hotel. Called them, no answer. Sent an email, no reply. The hotel denied finding them when I contacted them again. I'm furious! Such terrible service, and those headphones cost me over 1000 [currency unit]!

I request a detailed invoice from Trip.com for the travel transaction and for their commission. The hotel provided us with an invoice that included breakfast, even though it was not included in our reservation made through your website.

Todo era tranquilo, personal amable y muy profesional, aunque no lo usaba, había de todo; sitio para relajarse, desayuno etc. También, la zona esta bien comunicada.
