Ulasan Hotel Mount Ararat

Hotel yang hebat. Kakitangan hotel ramah. Sarapan pagi sangat baik dan mempunyai lebih banyak jenis daripada hotel lain di Turki yang pernah saya kunjungi.

The worst hotel we have ever been. Images dont correspodent the reality as we got the room situaded in the basement so be aware of that. Room was so small that we can barely move throught it, the shower courtin was full of funges, the toailatte was broken, left nightstand was missing, etc. The breakfast 5 mornings was complately the same and it is not various. The “restaurant” is also in the basement hall near other rooms. Avoid this place.

It was a good hotel , good breakfast and good staff . Nearby is sea of marma and food street ! Overall it was excellent experience

The hotel's location is difficult to find as it is inside the streets (where all the shops and cafes are). The host is friendly and helpful. We are able to store our luggage at the hotel after check out. The room is as advertised.

The hotel offer good price. Location is quite good, nearby a lively food markets where there are many restaurants. It located just 15 mins on foot to the Blue Mosque or Grand Bazzar and Tram T1. However, it is at the foot of the hill so whenever you wanna go you have to walk up which was a bit tired. For me that was ok but my friend didn’t like it. I didn’t expect much about breakfast with the price I paid. There were salad, tomatos, cheese, breads, boiled eggs, sausages, ham. A coffee and juice station. I would love to have option “breakfast not include” in the booking and could reduce price more because I anyway want to eat out but there isn’t that option to choose. The staffs were friendly. Room was clean. There wasn’t a safe inside the room to keep valued personal belonging. In overall, I satisfied with the stay.

It’s was excellent

Was a great stay, the only issue we had was that the bathroom didn’t have a window so was quite musty but are seeing this across turkey. But the cleanliness of the actual bathroom was impeccable. The room was as advertised and the breakfast was really good. Vey good value for money. We had to go up stairs to our room which my mum struggled with but that was on us as we didn’t mention this when booking. Very close to bus and train stop which was very convenient.

Next to it is the concentrated area of the hotel, which is adjacent to the parking lot. At midnight, drunk people continue to affect your sleep

Host is very kind and friendly, location is convenient and we had very good breakfast as well. We will definitely come again!

I love their breakfast so much. The hotel is suited to at center and walkable distance to attractions sights like the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia mosque, grand bazaar, their many restaurants and stores within.

It was good enough for its price. The breakfast as alright, not good though. Overall the staff was nice and helpful. They did ask for a tip just for carrying our luggage to our room one floor though… (we had one carry one luggage and it wasn’t even heavy). Location was good as you could walk to the blue mosque and therefore everything that’s around there, and there’s a tram station right outside. Also there’s a nice restaurant location right next to the hotel.

Not much facilities. Booked a sea facing room but the hotel is near a highway and train track. Can't sleep peacefully at night and there are always people shouting at night. The air-con was also terrible. Don't book a sea facing room for extra.

I like the location as the blue mosque, grande bazar are 9-10 minutes walk away. I arrived early at 5:00 am and a request was already shared for an early check-in however the receptionist denied early check-in even though rooms were still available as I could see when I walked up to my room. I got checked in at 7:30 am and requested breakfast even though it was denied. I paid for 3 days out of which 1 day I was entirely out and as my flight was early morning the next day we left at midnight. I asked for cleaning the room, but it wasn't done and when we were leaving that day the room was cleaned however a couple of things were missing from the room and I hadn't realized until I was boarding the flight when I needed them. Missing chocolates, green tea, visa and ticket docs left on the table... The hotel didn't help me in finding those items and said you might have lost somewhere and not at the hotel. It went missing from the room and not after I left, as soon as I realized I have contacted both customer service and hotel but no go.
