Very nice hotel , I will be chose this hotel 100%，  if I come back to  visit to this big city

The location was perfect for us. Short walking distance to all central parts you'd want to visit. The staff and lobby are also perfect. The rooms are dated, but then again it wasn't crazy expensive so it's fair enough.

Best location right in city center, next to the parliament and 3 biggest museums. Highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel, amazingly centrally situated, and so we were able to walk to all the things we needed to see and do. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff generally very kind and polite. Our one complaint was that the TV in the bedroom we had, kept losing or freezing the picture on the BBC world news channel, and a small icon kept appearing from LG, which after waiting a while restored the screen. We complained about this on the first morning we were there, and the reception noted it and siad an engineer would go and attend to it. This was not done and for the whole stay sadly we were frustrated by the TV which was really of no use to us what so ever. I have read other similar stories on Tripadvisor about the same complaint, and so clearly the hotel is aware of the problem but seemingly chooses not to do anything about it. This is a shame, beacuse something so easy, and expected would make a huge difference to one's enjoyment of the room. Other than that, really we had no complaints, and would certainly stay again.

Great value and great property ! Loved it

Hotel Villa Real is my go to hotel whenever I am in Madrid. It is centrally located, close to the museums, Retiro Park, Sol and Plaza Mayor. The service at the hotel is superior. The rooms are good size and very clean. The breakfasts are worth paying extra for. One of my favorite hotels in the world

This hotel has an excellent location, its staff is very kind and attentive. The only contra its facilities, hotel looks a bit old and it needs a refurbishment. Rooms are really big and confortable. I recommend either for business or leisure trip. There is a parking right beside the hotel (50m walk).

第二次入住，一切都很好。樓下就是《堂吉訶德》作者塞萬提斯的雕像。這家酒店有很多古代藝術品的收藏，甚至有自己的一個小博物館，很推薦。酒店位於馬德里著名的藝術三角區，周圍有各大重要的博物館。

Es un hotel muy bueno. Puede ver la vista de la ciudad a través de la balcón . Y cuando necesito algo , ellos siempre pueden proveer para nosotros . Es un hotel muy limpia y cómodo

到達酒店已經很晚了，被告知攜程取消了合同，人生地不熟的，真的很擔心。但前台服務員馬上説一定會幫忙解決這個問題，懸着的心一下放下來，非常有安全感的酒店。房間也很棒，客廳和卧室區有兩個台階做區隔。附近有好吃的咖啡簡餐店，有時差也不怕

非常不錯！很棒的體驗，交通方便！周圍各種景點離火車站近，點外賣方便，去機場打車也方便，服務人員非常熱情！
