The waiter at the reception will help to park the car, you know in this area, it's not easy to find a parking lot. And it's close to the car rent company, Avis, Sixt

酒店的位置不錯，硬件在伊斯坦堡的酒店裡算好的。但是服務水平和國內的酒店實在沒有辦法相比。衹住了一晚，經歷了四位前台的服務人員，衹有一個女生的服務還算專業，其他三位男士，對入住酒店的住客的態度很一般。其中兩位年輕的男士前台服務人員，簡直態度極差，非常不專業，甚至是不禮貌。

這個地段和位置，性價比算不錯的了

فندق موقعة ممتاز قريب من جميع الخدمات المطاعم و المقاهي موظفين الفندق تعاملهم جيد. الغرفة جيدة و مريحة و نظيفة الخدمة بالفندق بشكل عام جيدة . يوجد سبا بالفندق يمكنك الحصول على مساج و استرخاء ونادي رياضي صغير

الفندق بشكل عام جديد ونظيف وموقعه جيد لكن الموظفين شوي ماكانو مرحبين وغير بشوشين اما النظافه والغرف جيده جدا كان عندي لقاء عمل وسالتهم اذا فيه غرف خاصه للاعمال وقالو لا لكن المشكله انه كان موجود في الطابق السفلي !!

I would like to commend the Front Office Manager - Niyazi Bircan. He was extremely helpful. When I was checking in, I was told that an upgrade was not possible, even though I am a VIP member. However, the manager stepped forward and asked if I could wait about 20 minutes, he would try to do something. I received an upgrade to the 8th floor, to a large room with wonderful views. I had a very pleasant 3-day stay. The hotel is situated in Harbiye, within easy walking distance of Tasksim Square. Breakfast was good but quality of coffee could have been better. I also expected to have a coffee machine in my room but there was none. Quality of the duvet was very poor - far too thin. The quality of the furniture could be better. I understand it is quite a small hotel and space at a premium, but more could be done to make the reception area more welcoming. Staff were helpful, giving advice about ferries and getting a taxi to the airport.

The hotel is situated in a great location, not far from the Taksim Square. That is very convenient to take the underground from there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the surfaces like window sills, tea station and night tables in the room were dusty when we arrived. On the whole, I think Radisson Harbiye is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

an amazing hotel very luxurious they have very good staff mr.Ramazan gentleman at the reception is very good hotel clean and large rooms everything is new there is a very good breakfast the location of the hotel is perfect close to taksim and metro station and lots of restaurants around You can reach Cevahir Mall in 10 minutes by metro. that is the place to live an amazing hotel

Superb stay for business trip. Excellent reception team with smiling faces. Room is nice, clean, comfortable and good equipped. Bed is comfortable for a deep sleep. Bathroom is clean and has everything what is needed.

My fav in Istanbul, amazingly clean. Superb location, staff friendly albeit unprofessional at times. Great coffee shop nearby, cheap supermarkets around. The Spa is just a super treat with helpful staff. Quiet at night, get a room with a balcony!

They tried charging me for items from the mini-bar although I had not taken those items from the mini-bar. They eventually believed me, but it's still unnecessary to have to fight about this during checkout. Otherwise good location and friendly staff. Free bottles of water every day is a nice touch.
