Excellent hotel and service. Very modern looking. However it is away from most shops and the tourist sites. You will have to use taxi every time. Try staying within Fatih area. This hotel is in Byrampasa which is further away from Fatih. Fatih is the area where all the shops, grand bazaar, blue mosque etc are found.

Okay hotel, but for sure not a 5 star property, 3 stars hotel on a good day. My clinic booked this hotel for me so I am glad I didn't directly spend money with them. 1- staff 1/10 (receptionist was rude to me while checking in because I was reading a paper he wanted me to sign), I checked in 7pm or so, the day before checkout, I asked if they have availability for a late checkout, they said no (fully booked), cool, checkout day, 12pm sharp they call me, I leave in 5 min, to then realize that I was allowed to late check out at 1PM ;) 2- breakfast (1/10) 3- location (1/10), looks like an industrial area, if you will pay 5 star rates, try Levant area even if the property is a 4 star 4- cleanliness of the room (10/10), the only good thing at this property 5- asked for an iron, received a totally Burt iron 🤣 Bonus point: property is saving on tissues, shower gel, bring your own or donate some money for them to buy toileteries. Thank you Windsor motel for the lovely stay, keep it up.

Im honestly not quite sure what I should think of this hotel. The location is far from the city, if you walk 5 minutes, there are some restaurants and shops. But if you want a taxi you need to ask the reception to call for a taxi. Maybe because its high season now, but sometimes we waited 20/25 minutes before a taxi came. The second thing is the reception. There was literally just one person working while we were checking in. He needed to do a lot of work so sometimes he got annoyed if a guest asked him something. Not very professional. And hospitality is very important to me. Besides that it was overall okay, the rooms are not very big but okay. The room offers the necessities.

اقامة رائعة .. الفندق ممتاز وفي موقع قريب من مول فوريوم اسطنبول النضافة والخدمة جيدا جدًا الستاف الخاص بالفندق في الاستقبال او في الخدمة متعاون جدًا وخاصة من قبل السيد NIHAT ERKEK والذي كإن لطيفًا جدا في ابداء المساعدة والاجابة على معظم الاستفسارات.. انصح بتجربة الاقامة فيه

My first venture abroad in 6 months has seen me travel to Istanbul as an health tourist staying at the Marnas Hotel. First of all this is not a 4 star hotel in the true sense. It is a clean, friendly hotel with some good local shops and restaurants all with walking distance at prices that are not over priced to rip tourists off. The hotel has worked hard to be COVID safe with plenty of hand sanitiser and screens, Complimentary face masks are in everyone room, welcome to the new normal !! Breakfast is basic but nice and served on the top floor with excellent views of the working class suburb of Bayrampasa. The only negative points of the hotel was that they have no Iron and Ironing board, which was a huge surprise and disappointing and the WiFi was woefully slow. The gym fitness suite was basic and could do with some upgrading. Outside of the hotel directly opposite is a currency exchange, Be careful as I changed £100 sterling and received only £50 on Turkish Lira. After I complained they corrected it. Local Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Barbers are in abundance and keenly priced. my favourite was Kofte Time where you can get a three course meal with drinks for £10 equivalent. Breakfast equivalent was the Bahane Coffee shop where for68 Turkish Lira you get a massive breakfast for two with all you can drink Turkish Tea. If you want to meet genuine Turkish people who speak little English, Eat what they eat at prices they pay, Go stay here and venture outside the hotel within a 300 metre radius you can mix in with locals and with mutual respect you will enjoy each others company and culture.
