Hotel berhampiran RoyalRosefashion, Istanbul

Es ist fast nah zu allem . Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Bilder . Service sehr nett . Alles eigentlich super , außer dass es das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite lag und man morgens etwas den Lärm von Verkehr mıtbekommt aber es hat nicht gestört . Alles war gut .. Es ist reichlich für die Leute die sich nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer aufhalten ..

Начитавшись плохих отзывов, ожидала худшего, но отель меня удивил. Да, это городская тройка, но номер был лучше номера в египетской четверке! У меня был номер стандарт (берите лучше его), я попросила номер с балконом, мне его предоставили, но сказали, что, возможно, через несколько дней придется сменить его, так как он забронирован, но так я все время в нем и прожила. Много что писали про уборку и что ее, мол, нет. Мой номер убирали каждый день! Меняли полотенце, приносили туалетную бумагу. Персонал очень добродушный и приветливый. Завтраки, конечно, так себе, как и везде, но для меня даже на «все включено» завтраки однообразны. Удобное расположение. За день так уставала, что спала даже на звуках молитвы из соседних мечетей. То, что нет звукоизоляции - это Турция! Что вы хотите? Так в каждом доме. Дверь открывается карточкой. В номере есть кондиционер на тепло, потому что в турецких домах вне лета холодно. Возьмите с собой теплую одежду. Если пройти от отеля вниз, в сторону Мраморного моря, будет много вкусных кафешек и недорогих, в отличие от тех, что ближе к площади. Все в 5-7 минутах ходьбы. Много магазинчиков, но аптек практически нет. По факту меня все устроило. Номер оказался лучше, чем я думала. К мелочам типа дырок на простыне/полотенце придираться не буду. В отеле живет кошечка с котятами. Все очень мило! Хотелось бы приехать в этот город еще!

The hotel is very good, a bit worn, bed is very small, I booked and paid for two people, but I ended up travelling alone, I was given a bed for one person!! Breakfast is excellent Staff are friendly

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

Ia adalah kira-kira sepuluh minit memandu dari lapangan terbang. Ia di tempat yang kecil seperti bandar. Ia dikendalikan oleh sekumpulan orang muda dengan sikap yang sangat baik kemudahan yang lengkap dan katilnya sangat selesa Keesokan harinya Mereka memanggil kami teksi ke lapangan terbang Jika kami memerlukan persinggahan yang singkat, lebih baik untuk tinggal selama satu malam.

Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

Burada çok kez konakladım fakat bu sefer hiç memnun kalmadım. Odada yaşlı bir kadına ait saçlar her yere dağılmış vaziyetteydi. Temizlik başarısızdı. Sıcak su sorunu vardı, duş alırken ve bulaşık yıkarken su aşırı soğuyor ve ısınıyordu. Normalde yastık seçen bir insan değilim, sert, yumuşak, yüksek, alçak fark etmeksizin tüm yastıklarla uyuyabilirim. Odaya tıka basa doldurulmuş, başınızı abartısı 45 derece açıda bükecek kadar bir yastık konulmuş. Yastıksız uyumayı tercih ettim.
